I had my work pants altered here and the quality was excellent! I also paid one third of what it cost at stitch-it for the same job but with an inferior result (at stitch it). Totally recommend! I've also had dry cleaning done here for a fair price and excellent results as well!

I've always been treated very nicely by the gentleman at the desk and always had my things done properly. Can't really say anything bad about them. Even if something didn't quite turn out perfect once, everyone deserves a second chance. Noone is perfect every single day. That's just how life is. But if they literally damaged something then I think they are responsible to compensate.

Mena's Cleaners is a small business that treats every customer like they are the most important! The owner always engages in kind conversation and is very thorough and honest. He will always give you his best price and if something costs extra or may take longer than expected, he is upfront...no surprises at the register! We recently requested repairs to 2 coats due to dog damage and when he asked when we needed it for, I very hesitantly said within 24 hours (in anticipation of a large snowfall) and he said absolutely! We were beyond grateful!! We have had several other items pressed, stitched and repaired over the last 2 years and have always been very happy! Support small businesses in Windsor...support Mena's Cleaners...you won't be disappointed!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. OWNER IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT On Monday Brought a VERY expensive blazer to be repaired as it had a rip in the elbow section on one of the sleeves. I was received well and the lady who took my blazer and order seemed sweet. I've explained that the rip will require a patch - as its the only solution to the problem. I asked how long is going to take, and she assured me that it will be done within few days. I explained that i'm not local and that I leave town on Sat Morning, at which point she assured me that it will be done LATEST by Friday and someone will call me. Friday came, and no one phoned me. I called to inquire and I spoke with a male who said"oh that might have forgotten to call you, but its ready you can come get it" I went to collect my blazer and to my horror, the blazer had been only sown together. The fabric was bunched together and sown together making the sleeve tighter that it was. The Repair was less than professional as it looked that a 12 year old repaired it with a needle and a threat. When addressed the issue with who seemed to be the owner, he got defensive and did not want to take any responsibility for the mistake, telling me that i got what i paid for. I told him that i have asked for a patch on the elbows, and not a cheap sewing job, however he would not have it. Kept saying that this is what i asked for, therefore this is what they delivered. This is the best repair shop in Windsor, and if i didn't like the job they did i can go to the second best place instead. When I said that i will take my business elsewhere, and wanted a refund, he proceeded to tell me he can fix it for "free" but needed another week to complete it. I explained again that i'm on a time constrain and i'm leaving tomorrow morning, so this fix need to happen today. He informed me that he cant help me and kicked me out of the shop. If this is the best place in Windsor for repairs and cleaning, I cant even imagine what the rest of them are like. The service I've received here has been APPALLING. To the owner of this place... Keep the 40 bucks you charged me for the repair, and perhaps get some education on customer service. Stop your shady scams! I will be taking my jacket and my business to a professional, legitimate, and COMPETENT alteration shop.

I also had shoes to be repaired and glued that were to be sent out that we're not done and when I brought it to the owner's attention he was quite rude to me! Unable to recommend...

Freddie and his staff cleaned my nieces white coat that had egg on it. They told us they could not guarantee it would come out, but they were successful in getting 100% all the egg out of the coat. I highly recommend they're efficient and friendly service to everybody that needs alterations and dry cleaning

The owner, Freddy, is super friendly, professional, efficient and does all the alterations himself. I found him to be honest and reliable. He shortened 10 pairs of jeans in one day and he did a wonderful job. I have also used his dry cleaning services and am very satisfied. He will tell you right away if he believes a stain will not come out. Highly recommend his business.

This man is a genius with a sewing needle. I have been going to him 2 years now and no matter what I bring him he is able to fix it and it looks like new. Also, I have yet to see the man in a bad mood - 100% of the time he's smiling, happy and courteous, that is a rarity these days. I will bring him my sewing for life.

Mena's Cleaners was absolutely wonderful. I bought a leather coat with fringes on it, they were long. I asked him if he could trim them and trim the back of the coat as well in a V shape. He did a fantastic job and was so courteous. I would recommend this business for anyone thats wants great service at a fair price.

So much has been said about Menas drycleaners and I agree with all but the negative comments. Freddie is always cheerfully listening to requests, has great ideas, gets the job done through artistic thinking and is very quick in getting your items back to you. I took him a purse and asked it it could be relined, I was not even sure it was possible but he had it ready in two days! You can trust that your cleaning will be superbly done. Best in Ontario. The prices are great.

This place is amazing . Great price great results great customer service . I took my Toronto maple leafs white home Jersey that I got when I was 14 .I am 32 now and just got it dry cleaned for the first time ever in 18 years. It had alot of grass stains coffee juice pop and the stitching was coming off and they made it look brand new in 2 days . I would deffinaly recommend it to anyone that needs any cleaning or fixing done to there wardrobe.
