Rather than saying I was out of luck, the owner drove to the store, reopened it, and helped me get my suit for the event!!! Talk about going above and beyond!! If you’re looking for a place you can trust with your clothes, this the spot!!

This is the main location for their cleaning operations. The staff are helpful and super efficient at getting your garments cleaned and ready. The parking at this location is not the greatest but if you are in a hurry this is the location that you are looking for. Master cleaners has been around for a long time and they have many other outlets around the city as well. It's a trusted name and I think you will be happy with your service.

Called this place because they have decent reviews online to have my expensive winter coat professionally cleaned. Brought the coat in and was told it would have to be sent to Toronto to be cleaned and would be ready by next Thursday. Okay no problem, fast forward almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. I call them and the girl on the phone tells me "I dont want to use the covid excuse because everyone says that but due to covid it may not be ready for another 2 weeks." One week later my winter coat is finally ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up at 5:15 on a saturday and the doors were locked. Lady was inside looking at me shaking her head telling me nope were closed, even though their hours online say they close at 5:30. Monday, picked up the coat and paid $90, it was cleaned well but once I got home I realized there was now a disgusting dirty laundry smelI on it. I put a fan on the coat for hours, wore it outside a couple time to see if the smell would fade and it would not. 2 months later and it still smells disgusting. Everytime I wear it the smell transfers to my hair or clothes from how strong it is, which in result I comeptly stopped wearing it. Absolutely terrible experience beyond disappointed.

Was about $9.50 for my pants, which is reasonable. However I noticed a very obvious dirty (and poor ironing) on one small area of my pants. Although it may not look too obvious in the picture, it's very obvious in person. See picture attached. Otherwise I will return to try it them again for a second time. If I'm unhappy, I will go elsewhere. Edit: I've also added their hours to google maps so that customer's don't have to go their website to find them

FANTASTIC overall experience from the minute I walked in, until I left. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Had 5 pairs of work pants and 2 pairs of jeans taken in. All 7 items were altered while I waited - the work was done with expert care and professionalism, and in a very timely manner. A friend recommended Master Cleaners for quality and affordable alterations - I am beyond glad I tried them out. I will 100% be bringing more clothes in the future, and would highly recommend using this business for any of the services they offer. If you also struggle to find jeans that fit properly, and have a collection of ill-fitting, unflattering, uncomfortable pants - spend a few bucks and go to Master Cleaners - you'll be so glad you did.
