No service dogs allowed. Gave a BS excuse. Just doesn’t like dogs. He even said he realized it’s a service dog. My dog is a Labrador wears a bright red vest, says service dog on it, and a medical alert patch matching mine. In 2 years I’ve never had this problem and we’ve been all across Canada. He has a sign posted no dogs allowed about 7 feet in the air. I’m 6’4” and it was well above my line of sight. I will be taking this further.

Pushy owner and high prices. I'd rather have dirty clothes than go back here.

Called in to inquire, got a curt response.

I am basing this review on services I paid, for the dry cleaning of a down duvet 2 years ago, in 2014. I had brought it in to have it cleaned, and to have a blood stain (about the size of a nickel) removed. The fee was $35.00. It was summer at the time, so after I picked up the 'cleaned' duvet, I put the duvet in storage. Now advance 2 years later, when I decide to switch back to my down duvet.....I pulled the duvet out of the plastic bag I received it in......and the blood stain is still there!?! Slick, eh? Charging $35.00 for doing absolutely nothing!! Of course, there is not a lot I can do about it now, since 2 years have passed, but I tell you, I have learned my lesson to CHECK their work before I leave. Caveat emptor! (Let the buyer beware!)

Very helpful Punjabi family business. They steered me straight to the quickest and most cost effective way of me doing my loads of laundry. They have steam dryers which is very nice. Their wash machines are good. I've recommended they add showers for dirtbag campers like myself, hopefully they act on that feedback.

Mandeep was so helpful! We were just passing through and he got me all set up with soap, the quickest machine and the perfect amount of coins for the dryer!! Would definitely recommend coming here! They have a nice bench to sit on while you wait and a vending machine with snacks and drinks and a public bathroom. They do dry cleaning as well. A one stop shop!! Folding tables and baskets to put your clothes in. Was very clean. I used the big washer for $8, had a large bag of stuff and the dryer cost me around 3-4. (Had heavy stuff)

Called you ask how much the washing machines cost and she yelled at me and hung up on me. Very rude.

I think I don't deserve to be harshly called "inconsiderate"by this guy!. It's not my fault that you didn't check your machine if it actually run after you close it ,that means extra time for me to do my laundy which I donot wish for my 8weeks baby is waiting for me at home. Also,I dont think its my fault that you didn't eat the whole day bcoz I'm only a costumer in your facility doing my job following your rules.

Owned by a Punjabi family. The older lady was working when I came in, she saw my bag of clothes and down sleeping bag and suggested I use the large front loader. When time to dry she handed me tennis balls without asking to help fluff the down bag. Place gets busy and she's just trying to run an efficient business. Got a chance to talk to her when it quieted down, quite a story.

an absolute rip off and horrible service. i left 2 airplane style thin blankets and 1 sleeping bag that unfortunately got dirty on a roadtrip to WH. I explained very clearly i didnt live in WH so I asked if someone else could pick them up. Answer was yes so I asked to pay right away to prevent my friend doing it. They said payment was only upon return, never clarified the total price, took 2 weeks to clean it, never called me to announce it was done, and when it was time to pay they had the audacity to charge me $130 while CLEARLY those blankets are not even worth $25 all together. I understand it’s my fault for not verifying before drop off the total amount but it was highly inconsiderate to not let me know in advance specially when i asked to pay in advance, while they knew i was in a rush living abroad and that i was genuinely 100% unaware of the price and definitely took advantage of it. I understand business are business but this is legitimately a rip off and clearly i’ll never go there ever again and make sure none of my friends do either.

Best Laundry I found in the Yukon. Great washers and hot dryers. Done in an hour!

I enjoyed the Staff, helpful & friendly

I was not happy with their service and quality of work. I went to pick up my daughter's first communion dress and the lady had a hard time finding the tag and dress. I was very upset and was very rude to me. Also, they ripped the silk material in a 4 different spots. I am not use them again!

Tom Morrison

good place to do laundry

Friendly and helpful staff

Steve Ferguson

Mandeep was super friendly and helpful. I'm a newbie at laundromats. He held my hand through the process and explained everything thoroughly.

Erin Giesbrecht

Slow dry cleaning. Inconvenient cash or cheque only. Clerk chastised me for my frustrated language at not being able to pay with debit or credit to collect my items. The machinery is very old and the jacket took 1 week to clean. I won't give my money to this business again.

silina mills

Very clean and best ever customer service.

Avery Brohman

I wish I could give this 0 stars. $75 later and a completely ruined jacket and discoloured wool sweater. My synthetic fur hood is ruined and his business claimed that they told me that synthetic fur could get ruined prior to handing the jacket over - this is a lie - I would never have agreed to dropping off my jacket if they warned me it could get ruined. Wool sweater is not light beige anymore - perhaps they use dirty water as a dry cleaning solution would not do this to a sweater. No refund, explained that everything you drop off is at your own risk and wished me good luck. Awful customer service - ashamed it's a Whitehorse business.

Shannon Shepherd

Fantastic friendly service.

I gave myself 4. There is always room for improvement. However, for the matters listed below. 1) The dryclean machine was replaced recently. You have one of the best drycleaning machines in Canada (Direct import from Italy). There is a company called Lavenett in Quebec. Call Steve and ask about the maintenance + consumables purchased for this machine. 2) The woman with the blue Abercrombie and Fitch jacket with the brownish synthetic fur on the trim that zips up the middle and is knee length. When you dropped it off it was clearly explained... oh; wait, what? you never dropped it off? You mean your mom dropped it off and was told about the risks of dryceaning and said "yes go ahead." Then you came in to complain after the fact saying that your mom was never told anything? 3) Chastising about payment? Sigh the debate of lifetime. I'm not sure you've noticed but two of the owners here aren't technically savvy and we go through a ton of transactions. Our power outages; tech issues; fees; waste of paper, increase in costs, and overall slow speeds of tap purchases have made us choose to keep to the legal form of tender .Cash. We also accept cheque. You can say that "Well I want to pay this way" We don't offer every service. This business has been here since the 60's and has been family owned since 1990. That's 27 years of service to Whitehorse (giggle* WITH THE SAME EQUIPMENT* ... not true, but if you ever saw what makes Willy Wonk's chocolate factory run, you might question why a family has dumped this much money into the infrastructure of the business (it's not how it looks it's how it runs).Long story short, thank you for your business and your comments. Business works on mutual respect and sadly in our modern era this seems to have taken a turn for the worse.

Very nice & helpful staff! Only saw 1-2 washers out of order. Very clean! Great place to stop in & wash on the go.
