Clean location with a spacious parking lot but pricey place where only quarters are accepted. The dryers are very powerful and dry clothes fast! There is a machine available to give change for $1,2,5,10,20. Unfortunately there are no washrooms here. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

I use this laundry mat to wash big items like the beach towel or blankets. The staffs (owner?) are friendly and helpful. This laundry mat is well kept. The machines aren't too old and they are very efficient. Of the many times I've been here not once do I have to wait in line, even on the weekends. The owners also kept the place clean and odor free. There is a TV and magazine for the customers while they wait. It was a pleasant experience compared to other laundry mats I visited.

Great customer service, well-maintained, and reasonably priced coin laundromat that has ample and convenient parking. This establishment also provides alterations for clothing, dry cleaning, drop off service, and has large load washers that can handle sleeping bags, and comforters or the equivalent of four laundry basket loads.

Currently here doing laundry. Machines work very well, very convenient and clean. I'm 30 weeks pregnant, waiting for my laundry to dry... I saw a chair by one of the washers (the only chair here) nobody was anywhere near the chair. I grabbed it and walked toward a place that would be out of the way and distanced to sit and wait... I got chased down immediately by a staff member yelling at me "THAT'S MY CHAIR! IM USING THAT!" FOLLOWED BY A LOUD ANNOYED SIGH AS IF I HAD INTENTIONALLY STOLE HIS CHAIR OR SOMETHING.

My washer broke. I needed to clean my clothes. Gotta do it myself because of allergies to typical laundry soaps. This place is bright, clean, and quiet. It has three sizes of washers at $3, $4, and $5.75 per load. Dryers are huge and cost a quarter per four minutes. Owner helped me get started with the machines. Has WiFi and a washroom.

Hours of operation are not accurate on the overview of this business during the current COVID 19 pandemic. Staff ( male) is quite impersonal without customer quality service skills or abilities when interacting and or speaking with patrons of this business. He is blatantly rude to anyone who has not finished their laundry by 5pm and further states " time is money , you are taking my time and money".

I found it upsetting that when I got there, with a pile of quarters to use the machines, that the machines were particular of what kind of money they would take. Then when I went to their machine that gives you cash change, it gives you a mix of coins, some of which you can't use in the washer. I ended up having to go to the people running the place and ask for them to make me more change. It was very frustrating.

This owner broke my dish washing bottle and then didn't want to pay for a new one. He didn't think it was wrong that my bottle got smashed by him knocking it onto the floor. The machines are old and the clothes come out smelling worse than when I went in.

This laundry mat is very clean anytime I have gone. Love the fact that they have the double and triple load washers. Change machine in case you run out, and they have individual soap and fabric softener for sale as well. Close to the Semiahmoo Mall, McDonald's and Tim Hortens so you can grab a bite to eat while you wait for your laundry.

I used the trolley with bar the hang up my freshly washed white pants from the bottom hem, the top of the pants were on the outside of the trolley. As I continued to hang up other laundry the owner came and bumped the trolley I was using. My pants received a 4 inch black scuff from that bump. When I noticed I showed the owner and he denied any responsibility. I have rewashed the pants and the matk did not come out.

They screwed up my trousers and practically shooed me away when I went to talk to them. Rubbish place, owners are never there and the employees are rude and do not want to listen. Horrible service. Also, no alteration service, no dry clean service as I was told. Then shooed ...by the lady employee .. Go, go away

I would give this no stars. We were packing up our laundry to leave when all of a sudden the man working started yelling and swearing at us to get out! We didn't realize he was closed as he didn't give us any warning. We tried to hurry without folding the rest of our laundry all the while the man was yelling and swearing at us. He then proceeded to call the police saying that we were killing him and to hurry up. He than locked the place and started taking pictures of our vehicle. He then came back outside yelling and taking pics of us and car. I do not recommend this place at all because obviously this man is very unstable!!
