This is the first and last time I'll be using their services. I gave in four shirts for dry cleaning. Three were returned in the condition I'd expect, however, the fourth was a mess. I returned to show how poorly the collar had been pressed and all I got was a song and dance about machine pressing vs. hand pressed shirts. I couldn't care less. When I hand in shirts I expect them to come back properly pressed, end of story. The operator was not willing to refund the money or attempt the job again. He wanted to charge me more for hand pressing the shirt. You've got to be kidding, I told him. Hand in your clothes at your own peril here. The customer service is pathetic and their services are sub-standard. There's no way I can wear this shirt in public in this condition. Never again.
