Tried this place to get my car cleaned before the busy holiday season and did some Christmas shopping at the mall while they cleaned my car. very good job!

This is by far the best car wash that I've used on the North Shore. The hand washing of the exterior does a good job and seems to be much easier on the car than the machine brushes that other car washes use. The interior cleanup is generally very thorough. Overall I find this car wash to be of good value and good quality. The only downside is that it can take a long no time if there's a big lineup.

Husband and I love this place, a step above a drive through and not much more expensive. When they're busy you can leave your car with them and pop into the mall. It's on the South side of the very top level of the open parkade above Best Buy and Staples. Good luck - it's worth the find!

Worst impression from the person who collects fees and in looks like in charge of the rest. Unsmilling and bad tempered. Price:Cheap Wait time:Reasonable Quality: it is worth it The rest of the team are all hard working polite people. I wished they charged after service so you could decide the tip after the good job not after the unpleasant take in.

My wife has taken her car here twice. The wash is pretty good, but the woman who collects money is as rude as they come. They have a couple of misleading signs that make you think you may be receiving a discounted wash. If you ask the woman about them, or suggest that you thought the wash was cheaper, she becomes angry, rude and defensive. She was curt and horrible to my wife. She plays like she has never been confronted regarding the ambiguous signs. I gave two stars because the wash was a 4 star, but the service was a zero.

Have been going there for a while now. This time I showed up 10 minutes before closing just to have a cone placed in front of my car. Service was refused even just for an outside cleaning that they would have managed easily before closing. No flexibility. You will not see me again!

The staff is really unfriendly and if you mention something they "forgot" to do, like wheel cleaning, they get all rude and pissed, and they make it clear to you.

I don't have any other option, even one star is too much for this company and it's owner. It was the worst experience I had in car wash. they pick up the paint of my BMW 750i with their power wash and although I called them and sent them emails many time to act responsible for the damage, but they didn't do anything and I end up spending a lot to fix the damage this company caused me. if you like your car I strongly advise you to avoid this place.

Interior cleaning is partly done- I think management changed since i was here few months ago- Exterior cleaning weakly done- Workers just want to finish it as quickly as possible Overall I was not happy for the fee $38.75 i paid

They are not insured for any damage to your vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went into the car wash(no damage) then I dropped my car for the interior wash. When I came back to pick it up there was a huge crack across my windshield. They claimed it was from a rock chip and that it was my fault. My car is brand new and they refused to fix it. I argued with the owner for 2 weeks before he agreed to pay 2/3 of the cost. There are 20 people washing your car so quick and without care. Completely unprofessional and outright rude. I would definitely avoid this place if at all possible.

Its hit and miss! - so many times soap left on the car - they dont want to hear any feed back :( for $40.00 I guess expect to leave with a car cleaned and all soap off the car- is it too much to ask !

We just got our car a week ago it was perfect no scratches when we got it from the dealership. I decided to bring it for a hand car wash and i found one in Park Royal. They were friendly the big but is they don't seem to care about other people's car. They left 2 scratches on the hood obviously it was from the rug they used over and over again. Lucky it wasn't that deep so it will be an easy fix but still the hassle and the extra unnecessary expense for the car is too frustrating. Lesson learn I will never come back i will just wash it myself....thank you for Leaving that scratch on my cherry red colour car!

Absolutely terrible. As everyone else states - they’re constantly closing early, extremely poor service and terrible attention to detail while washing your car. If you don’t literally stand over their shoulder and watch they will miss places, skip places, leave soap all over your car to dry in the sun, overcharge you for things they didn’t do, etc. Have a nice car? They will scratch the hell out of it. Dirty mitts, brushes and towels. Rude. Rude. Rude. They were closed early one day and milling about - I asked for a phone number and the name of the manager and they laughed and walked into their building never to return. Just don’t. Don’t support these people. Someone please open a better hand car wash on the north shore. PLEASE Also, do not be surprised if items from inside your car go missing!!

Several areas of vehicle left uncleaned. In a nutshell "half-assed". For close to $40 paid they should do a much better job (can't even clean the dash properly). I plan to return not a minute before never again.

I went to this carwash at Park Royal shopping center and got an exterior wash for $19.95. Hand washed and hand dried, including wax! I wish I knew about this place long ago when I first moved to Vancouver.

I visited this car wash on Saturday. Drove over lions gate to park royal which took about 15 minutes. It's hard to find a full service hand wash anywhere downtown, they did a fantastic job. Well worth the price, I had the manager's special.

They scratched up my car VERY badly, and when I did my interior clean, they left a lot of dust. Even on the exterior, there was a huge build up of dirt near the outside of the trunk and lights. 0 pride nor attention to detail. Waste of money. Ruined my car. Thanks for nothing.
