This fellow was so sweet!! Did my laundry for me while I was away and didn't even charge extra. But, he put our two sleeping bags in the dryer, even though we asked him not to, and they are wrecked now.

This place burned my faux fur parka! The fur is all short and burnt with chunks of hair falling off now! So disappointing. I went back in and demanded my $20 bucks back. I thought it seemed like a cheap price. Now I know I should have gone elsewhere. Too bad because this is my local shop and i wanted to give them the business

The owner Maria is amazing !! This is just around the corner from our house and oh my gosh - how grateful I am ! She altered my wedding dress, my Halloween costume, and she somehow always manages to get the stains out of my clothes ! She’s incredible !! So sweet ! So reasonably priced ! Highly recommend

Drop off laundry service is totally worth it. $1.05 per pound and they do it in one day. Give them my laundry in the morning and by the afternoon is been cleaned and folded and ready to go!

I never got a chance to even come into this laundromat because they were very rude over the phone. I'm new to the neighborhood and need to find a place that can clean two large comforters. This is the closest place for me. On the phone, a man was able to tell me that it would cost $7 for one queen-sized comforter. Awesome! Then I proceeded to ask about pillows, to which he simply said "Ok, ok, ok..." sounding like he clearly didn't want to be on the phone anymore, didn't let me finish my question, and hung up on me! I have never been treated so poorly by any company over the phone. Never going to come here even though it is much closer than other places in Kits for me, this is not worth the short walk. I hope they treat their other customers with much greater kindness and respect.

I give them 2 stars for "effort" but I didn't even get 1 foot in the door as they were closed, although their ad on the web claims business hrs are 8-12 am .. (at least they were informative on the answering machine.

Family business been around for many years, parents retired and daughter and grandchildren running it know. Fair pricing, nice people, didn’t enjoy the tight quarters, when busy your sliding between ppl which in these times is rather uncomfortable, oh ya & cash only establishment which I didn’t know ????????‍♀️ Was sent to the bank machine at the local grocery store. An extra $2.50 wasted for cost of machine. Wish the let people know there a cash only establishment to allow us to use our own banks. I did suggest it be helpful for both sides ????????‍♀️

They close early whenever they want. Had to leave multiple times with wet laundry because they decided to close early. Avoid this place if you can.

I've been bringing them my laundry for wash'n'fold service and it's always been a great experience. No issues with stains or shrinkage. Their prices are fair. I bring in a weekish worth of laundry (couple-three pairs of jeans, underwear, socks, t-shirts and button downs, a couple of sweaters or hoodies, plus a couple-three towels) each time and pay $15-20. $80/mo sounds like a lot for laundry, especially if you've never had to deal with in-building coin-op laundry, but it's fantastic. That's two hours a week freed up, so even at minimum wage that cost could be made up by having it done while you're at work. On top of all that, my weekly dose of tedium is down immensely!

Very happy repeat customer! I've used the wash & fold service as well as dry cleaning here and I've had only great experiences. The other day I brought in a suit and shirt for dry cleaning and the owner, in addition to dry cleaning it, spot treated the shirt at the collar because it had become yellowed. The shirt looks great now and I really appreciated that she went the extra mile even though I hadn't mentioned the collar or anything when I dropped the items off. Love that it's family owned as well!
