Excellent service. Great people. Had an appointment booked at another Krown in North Bay, waited for over a month! Finally the day came to take my Denali in for its annual treatment. My appointment was for 4:30. Keep in mind I travel 1hr from my home to get this done. I arrived at 4:35 due to our first snowfall of the year, roads were slick and traffic was very bad. Before I even parked the truck the lady opened the door and asked if I was the 4:30. I said yes . She then preceded to tell me that they have locked up and slammed the door in my face! Unacceptable!!! I immediately called the guys in Sturgeon Falls, just to re-book another appointment. I explained to them what just happened, she paused for a second and came back to say to come out right now and we will take care of you! I hammered down straight out to them and they took me right in! We'll worth the extra 18 minute drive. I have booked my wife's car with them an will never take my business anywhere else! Highly recommend these guys.

From the moment they picked up our phone call it was a very pleasant experience! These people are small business owners who truly know what excellent customer service is!!! We called to make an appointment after being left in the lurch by North Bay location for being five minutes late due to weather and construction on our almost hour drive. (Please read my review for that location. Needless to say, we were severely unimpressed.) As dumbfounded as we were for what just happened at the North Bay location, the owner put us on a brief hold, came back and asked if we could drive to Sturgeon right now! What!?!! That is amazing! We immediately drove out there, were warmly greeted by everyone, walked to Timmies and Canadian Tire to kill time and got the call to come back, our vehicle was finished being undercoated. We cashed out just after six at a location that closes at 5pm. They also got my car booked in within a week. These owners love their business and it shows by how selflessly they ran it last night. A true class act of stellar customer service, these two have gained us as life long customers (and anyone else who hears us screaming their praises from the rooftops lol)! They went above and beyond and we couldn't be more appreciative! Thank you both so much again for the amazing job! We can't wait to come back for a visit :)

Corey and his staff are the most professional and courteous when dealing with our undercoating needs. The vehicles are washed before the treatment and they are always on time. It's worth the drive because I prefer to deal with quality people and service. This Krown franchise is tops in my book. They send me a reminder letter each year and usually it has a discount plus you receive a can of their penetrating lubricant which is perfect for using to lubricate squeaky doors or helping you to loosen those pesky bolts! They generously spray your vehicle so it's well undercoated. I highly recommend this location. They treat you like you are family. Can't say enough about this organization. Well done Corey and staff. I have started travelling to this location every year to get my two vehicles undercoated. I have had Krown applications previously applied to my vehicles at another location and I was out in 10-15 minutes and I knew the spray wasn't done correctly. Here in Sturgeon Falls, I know that they are doing the job right when it takes them between 30-45 min for two guys to spray the vehicle. The whole team is absolutely unbelievable and their work is professionally done.
