Was VERY skeptical going to a home service vs a detail shop with my Infiniti but holy hell, I know where I'm going from here on out! I drive a black car so the swirls and scratches were running rampant. When I pulled up to pick it up I couldn't believe it, the paint was a deep, glossy showroom finish and even some of the deeper stuff was cleaned right up. Highly recommend giving him a call best value your money can buy for a paint correction service.

I had the pleasure of meeting John when I dropped off my car to be detailed, he is very personable and genuinely enjoys what he does and is proud of the end product. The interior of my Lexus was not very dirty so the time spent on cleaning was minimal. To compensate for that John applied a costlier body sealant which I thought was extremely fair and honest of him. Body, wheels and tires all looked fantastic and I would recommend Scrubz to anyone. Our second car will be going to John as well.

The owner and his wife I believe were amazing with communication and squeezing me in before I left for school. I only got the silver level and it looks brand new again. He spent all afternoon on my car. I can’t imagine how good the gold and platinum levels are if that’s how good the silver level is. I got so lucky finding this place. it’s just one gentlemen who clearly loves what he does and has beyond fair prices. he treated my car if it was his own. my car looks better then when i picked it up off the lot. wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. beyond the best!

Amazing work! Couldn't be happier with the final result. The value in the gold package is impossible to find anywhere else. Absolutely love the hydrophobic silica sealent treatment and how it repels water off my car. Let me begin by saying I have two young kids, and I never knew my SUV could ever be clean again. I’m beyond amazed, and completely in love, that you were able to make my car like new again! I don’t think I will ever let my kids in the car again. Haha, but honestly, my car had glitter, slime, goldfish, fries, and God knows what other creatures were living in the cracks of my seats! John did a great job on my 2000 Camry, looked basically brand new. I have never seen my headlights look so crystal clear and they still look like it months down the road. Got all the old salt stains out too. John knows his stuff, would highly recommend.

We recently had both of our vehicles detailed by Scrubz Auto (Gold Packages). Having two kids and a dog that sheds like crazy, we weren't sure what to expect; one of our vehicles also has a light grey interior fabric (not ideal for tiny humans!) John was able to restore both vehicles to a beautiful state and they smelled fantastic! We are so appreciative that he was able to fit us in quickly and did such a wonderful job. Everything was completed as described, on time, and of professional quality. Now that we're aware of this hidden gem in Welland, we will definitely be back!

I brought my Toyota to scrubz in the spring. I wasnt sure if a detailer who worked from home could be as good as a big shop. Boy was i suprised. My car looked like the day i bought it. All the swirls were gone. And the interior was pristine! The price was almost as good as the results. I wont go back to big shops again because they rush you in and out.

Great experience from start to finish with John. He is very friendly and professional.
