I sent my wife with my truck on a special Tuesday, since she was going down into Welland for groceries. She was a little apprehensive about it because it can be intimidating trying to get a truck lined up and into the tracks, especially when it’s not her regular vehicle. She was very pleased with how they treated her and gave them a tip because of it. She says “they didn’t make feel at all stupid” and I think that’s a big comfort and compliment for customers. They’re treated with real respect and dignity. Thank you guys

The worst car wash I have seen. I paid for the full cleaning and you weren't able to vacuum the interior of the car. Mats were not washed inside the doors not wiped down and dirty. The windshield was not done at all. You are not professional. Shame on you.

We have used their service 3 times and each time have been more than happy with the results. Jeep, Ford Transit and Dodge Ram. The last one the Dodge Ram was used as my daily work truck and although it was moderately looked after the inside wasn’t and they did an amazing job both inside and out. I know this place in some view it as the best but its so 50/50..i had my car in for inside and out and they did not run the vacum and left my cup holder full of water and my windshield cloudy ... I wish too try this place one more time .

Paid 28$ for the platinum interior and exterior, they wiped half my windshield with a rag and not the other half, guy must of had short arms because I could see where he could reach to clean my dash, only did half the job. Didnt go over floor with vaccum, only cleaned bugs off half my windshield. Door panels quickly wiped. A heavy rainfall could do a better wash.

Paying close to $30 for in and out cleaning and dash shining. Dash wasn’t even wiped. Seat were just touched with a vacuum had a drink in the cup holder i asked if I should throw it out myself but the guy said we will throw the garbage. Drink wasn’t even moved from the cup holder what kind of interior cleaning is this. Don’t waste your money on disappointment. Just do it yourself.

Took the platinum wash for SUV wash was ok but was rushed threw. Mats were not washed inside the doors not wiped down and dirty. Interior was rushed threw. Rims still dirty most likely would have been better if I did it my self.

Very disappointed in the wash. My truck isn't perfect by any means but I had the exterior wash that was $18.50 there's a big scuff all down the side of the truck where if I had a really nice vehicle id be even more angry then what I am now. The wash had no soap at all with the high speed spinning brushes the vehicle should be loaded with soap. That's why my truck is scratched now and was barely cleaned and the wheels are still dirty and dirty spots all over the truck. Unacceptable for a car wash and won't be returning or recommending this car wash

I've had good experiences in the past, but my last two visits were substandard. The oitside looked great, and the dash looked great but the trim on the floor was still dirty the last two times and the seats weren't touched at all the last time. They're getting lazy... Which be fine if their price wasn't so high.

Honestly I'm pretty disappointed with the service I received here. Took my car in for a full detailing, $155 +tax. The seats and the mats look great, as does the dash. However the interior roof is still dirty, it hasn't been touched despite the full detailing saying it included a full interior shampoo. Also the rearview mirror and both visors weren't touched at all. The windows all have a line of dirt along the top that was missed. The trunk looks like it was vacuumed out but along the trunk door line was completely missed also. There are a lot of water spots on the exterior of the car and on the exterior mirrors. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience unfortunately.

I could not be more impressed with the service that I received today! I arrived at 5:30pm with a very dirty vehicle (both inside and out). Even though interior detailing ends at 5pm, their team offered to provide the Platinum Package ($30), as I am showing the vehicle to a potential buyer in the morning. I am very impressed with how clean the car looks both inside and out! In addition, Steve (one of the owners) brought me a water bottle while I was waiting, and also advised me of a safety concern that he had noticed on the vehicle. This business has a super crew of workers that are clearly dedicated to a quality job and fantastic teamwork. I will without a doubt be taking all of our vehicles to this car wash from this point forward, and will be encouraging our friends and family to do the same!

Brought my pick up truck there to get the platinum package today. I brought my benz there earlier in the year during the summer they scuffed up underneath my car and they played it off that they didn't do anything. So anyways I said you know what let me bring my pick up there I wouldn't be as upset if they scuffed the pick trying to support local businesses. My pick up went through wash with 3 wheel center caps and my truck came back out with all of them missing and my chrome cover for the drivers side mirror missing???? they went back to check if it was they claimed nothing was there. They didn't offer me anything no compensation Whats soo ever i left really irate I do not intend ever washing my car there again ! ????????

Previously always an excellent job, but something is wrong or machine out of adjustment Beware, I have gone to this car wash for years.I went with my brand new Dodge Challenger today, I have had the vehicle for 2 weeks. Upon leaving the car wash, I noticed immediately that somehow, someone or something in the car wash gauged and scratched my drivers side window many times. I brought this to the owners attention,and he immediately was ignorant and uncooperative.He says show me which machine in the car wash did this. Really,I have to go inside the car wash and find what did it? Are you kidding me.... Its a brand new car, 2 weeks old, noticed immediately, and brought up to the owner immediately upon seeing it, not a month later... Whats more feasible to what happened?

I just got home from visiting this wash. My husband takes our vehicles regularly so after having a very bad oilspray done elsewhere, I knew I was coming here for a cleaning. The gentleman I delt with today was amazing. He hand sprayed my entire vehicle to get all of the oil off and explained to me how it works. He took extra care to ensure no oil that was sprayed (where it was supposed to be) was compromised. I'm beyond happy with my vehicle and the customer service was impeccable!

Was on my way to a business lunch, after gasing up the car decided it needed a wash. Went directly to the car wash (3 min drive) and paid for internal/external clean. There was no damage on car when I decide to wash it .....came out of wash with about two inches of paint missing from front hood. Pointed it out to the owner who swore it was there before ....accusing me of making it up. Owner was very aggressive, zero customer service, extremely defensive and went straight into CYA mode. Brutal.

Since this business was bought the value has significantly decreased and prices have gone up. We went for an interior and exterior wash and the vacuuming was done in select areas only, the windshield was not done at all, and whatever product they used on spots that were done was extremely oily. We have long been customers of this car wash but will not be returning in the future. Better off going to a gas station touchless car wash for the value we got here.

Decent-ish Service if you’re in a quick pinch. The guys there vacuumed and tidied up the inside of my car but I definitely will be going back for a full detail. Some spaces were missed and I saw noticeable smudges in the windows after the wash.

I didn't think it was possible to leave a car wash dirtier than I entered but here we are. My experience began with requesting a platinum interior/exterior wash. I was given the slip by a worker who had marked off the wrong wash type but i brushed it off. Once the wash was completed a worker "inspected" my car and said it was ready. I got into my vehicle and noticed that the interior of my vehicle particularly the center console area and seats were covered with small pieces of mud and pebbles almost as if the workers do not wash their cloths in between washes. I had to ask the last worker to clean off this debris. The gauge cluster, touchscreen, and steering wheel I had to re-wipe once I got home. They didn't bother drying the outside of my vehicle which isn't a big deal but when it air dried the windows and windshield were somehow dirtier almost as if they were washed with dirty water or wiped with dirty cloths; of course I had to wipe these down to get rid of the layer of grime that was left. My rims were left unwashed, bugs still on my grill, and somehow a long hair strand on the trunk of my car. There are much better full serve car washes in Niagara Falls for the same price

I was missing the in out car wash place I would always take our autos to in Brampton when living in Mississauga. Was surprised to find this one here in Welland. Took my daughter’s car here for a Spring cleaning and within 20 minutes the guys did an amazing job. Very friendly. The $26 + tip for there in-out premium service is well worth it.

I took my wife's brand new Cadillac XT4 there as we had a small mishap with a broke packet of a very sticky sauce that had opened on the plastic floor covering. I asked them if they could clean it up ... Boy I regret that .. the guy who cleaned proceeded to wipe up the sauce and then proceeded to wipe the interior of the doors .. the head liner, the dashboard, the gauge cluster, the console, the leather seats, the steering wheel, they even managed to get it inside the drivers window ... Now every time I clean the window and my wife then puts the window and then up .. a gooey streak appears on the window. ... I will never go back there again .. it's going to cost me more than 200$ to get it detailed properly now ... And I will have to have the interior of the driver's door removed and cleaned!!!! The pictures don't do it justice .. there is like a candy crust all through the interior of the vehicle...

I paid for the platinum service... Interior /exterior... Overall a very good job except for the interior windows... This is always a pet peeve of mine... Cleaned only the middle of the window and not surrounding edge especially windshield... Rectify this and it would be 5 star.

I am very happy with my (first) experience with Niagara soft cloth car wash i say (first) because its my new place i just got a really nice car that i need to clean and keep shiny and up to date and wow this is the place to take it, great guys working here and i wouldnt even think about going anywhere else . i got my car proffessionally cleaned for my first time and i was amazed once i saw come out. really happy, you guys made my mustang look sweet and again no place i would go to this manual car wash is the real deal!

Went in for detailing, staff accidently sprayed Armour All into the stereo - this led to the radio not functioning properly. Notified staff, eventually the owner agreed to replace the radio. A few months later a radio was installed but again did not function properly for more than a few weeks. All correspondance has gone unanswered.

I really can’t believe I paid for this service. They only wiped down surfaces that were in plain sight, only vacuumed areas in plain sight and didn’t even vacuum my back seats. Zero attention to detail. Smudges all over my windows and the surfaces had a greasy texture all over them. Just the laziest cleaning of a vehicle I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend or ever go back there.

Called today to use gift certificate that was purchased for my husbands birthday - an express detail $80 value. New owner expressed he will not take my gift certificate cause he is a new owner... He hung up on me. My husband called back and spoke to him and owner hung up on him when he tired to make an appointment... The unprofessionalism was awful... family spent money on this gift cert. and to not accept it is beyond me... If he wants to keep in business he needs to treat his customers with a lot more respect. He has lost my families business, will never go to Niagara Soft Cloth Car wash again.... This is during covid19 pandemic and I can't believe the disrespect this man displayed... Treat your customers with more respect! Was not accepting $80 gift cert. worth a bad review? You will continue to get this bad name if you continue doing this!!! Scammers. Don't ask for the exterior wax, they won't press the button for it, you go through without getting it, yet they still try to CHARGE you for it. This has happened so many times at this place now, it's clearly not an innocent error. Then instead of an apology, or a free wash, they make you wait in line all over again for the wax, and they still charge you full price, with no apology. I will never be back. Long lines, bad design; if you want an exterior wash you have to sit behind and wait for anyone getting an interior cleaning first. There is no reason why they can't pull cars over who are also getting interior cleanings, and let the exterior only vehicles go through. I've waited over 40 minutes, hardly moving in the line, and the machines are just sitting there, not being used to their full potential.
