Despite my obsolete pocket of change, appreciated the credit card only charge for time used - no more guessing nor running out of time. Only dislike was the mist over the dividing wall - wall could be higher - but thankfully l had a hoodie. And clean!

Good facility. There are different types of washing options available like soap and foam Rinse low-pressure Rinse high pressure wax at low pressure wax at high pressure but the only issue is that you are unable to know the time and how much it would cost you for the time it is not clearly written anywhere that how much it would cost to you let's say for 3 minutes or 5 minutes

Bought gas paid for extreme car wash went pulled up to box punched in #s waited 10minutes heard a horn blowing,come to find a lady in a blue van was stuck inside wash she finally got out but no attendants at the place,now I have to figure out how to get my wash,places run by offshore Indians are rediculousy operated

Paid for the touchless wash. Pulled up, not working. No sign no one answered the help call got the number no one answered and the mailbox is full. Now God only knows when I can get the carwash I already paid for. ????

A pretty normal little car wash with manual bays and an automatic wash. If you're looking to wash your car, great place to be. If you're looking for pretty much anything else, you're going to have very limited options: Just one actually. Go somewhere that isn't here.

Wouldn't take my credit card so had to grab change. Something was wrong with the hose selector so when on rinse it started shooting out some sort of green liquid (wax possibly) had to switch it back and forth until water came. Once I got in my car, I realized my hand was bleeding... I had sliced my hand on the hose holder. Sooooo I'd say go to another car wash.

The turn to get in is sharp for a truck. It needs to have an extra rinse as there was still some soap on my windows but my truck looks better than before i washed it lol

Every time I go here I get ripped off. Either no soap or something not working .even the touchlesd has got me 12 bucks for a wash with no soap. Leave message at number given. No responses ever.

Took my money and counter was off counted way faster then it should half the things on it were out of order and there spot free rinse left me with spots all over had to rehash at other place

Used the vacuum and as I drove away ( didn’t realize) the cord slipped and fell to the ground. The worker?/owner? On site literally chased after my truck with my toddler and my sister in the truck to yell and berate us. Rolled down my window and he kept yelling at us. If I would have seen or heard or OBVIOUSLY would have picked it up. Very disturbing and creepy behaviour. Can’t recommend especially as a woman or a young person with kids. Unsafe and aggressive staff. Avoid.

Way overpriced. 1.00/ min to wash your own car and a few of the wash and dry settings dont work. Very poorly maintained. All the cords twist and tangle constantly and the pivot arm for the hoses is rusty so good luck walking it around your vehicle. Barely any instructions or details on pricing. Feel like I got ripped off for almost 50 bucks for a job i couldve done in my driveway

The owner is not professional in any way l was ripped off by the auto car wash and not refunded my money. Even when machine works it really doesn’t get your vehicle clean. For the price go to Niagara Soft Cloth at least there you get what you pay for..

Automatic car was doesnt work. Car isnt clean and the dryer didnt work. There is noone to call for assistance. Pioneer won't help even though they sell you the car wash using the excuse that it's a different owner.

Better than most car washes around the Niagara region but on the pricey side. All controls work except for the prewash and it's too low on pressure. The vacuum on the outside sometimes doesn't insert coins properly. Had to waste an extra dollar because it accepted the toonie after inserting a dollar even though it said two dollars to start.

Don't get your vehicle cleaned here it is a complete waste of money, it does not clean your vehicle. There is no contact information for this car wash for a reason. Go somewhere else so you won't be disappointed.

Clean cheap ect. Everytime I'm there I see the employees cleaning ect. They seem like a team of very deticated workers. Very helpful as well if you have a concern.

The bay car wash is decent. Has good tri foam soap. It’s nice because it’s open super late. It did eat my toonie recently which is super frustrating.. The vacuumes have good suction and you can clean your carpet pretty good and efficiently for $2.
