Needed a fridge in a pinch to donate to someone in need, Brad was great to work with he provided me with a good high quality fridge at a great price, fridge is still working to this day. they go out of there way in customer service when needed, straight up hard working group I appreciate this business

Budget Appliances gives excellent service. I needed an apartment fridge and stove. Brad and his helper delivered an exceptional set. I had not gone to check them out trusting that he would do his best by his Facebook presence, the tone of his voice and also reviews. The fridge and stove were better than I imagined and Brad was patient while we got things out of his way when he brought them. I would highly recommend Budget Appliances to anyone looking for affordable appliances that are a cut above. Also I missed his call on a Friday so texted him on the Saturday night after hours and he got back to me that they would deliver Monday. You don't get better than this type of service. Five stars all round for sure!!

Unreliable. Tried for weeks to get a refrigerator. Went to the store 2 times and nobody was ever there even though the hours are listed on Facebook and Google. Ended up calling and making an appointment for a Saturday. Friday before I texted to confirm and was told something came up and he would not be at the store but that he just picked up a refrigerator that would work for what I was looking for and that he would clean it up for me and send photos Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday I texted asking for an update. I was told he should have more by Friday. I asked about the one he mentioned to me and if I could get photos and if I could come look at it. HE NEVER REPLIED. Subsequently I went elsewhere.
