Unfortunately my fridge started to sound like a 747. After doing some online research I decided on Blue Ribbon, which was highly recommended by both my mom and sister. Low pressure sales with lots of information. Free delivery and take away with competitive prices. No additional cost for stainless.

Fantastic customer service!! I called on a Monday morning and same day they were able to get someone to come out and assess our dishwasher. Paul was SUPER professional, calm and informative. Having worked with Sears for many years, his experience really showed. Our pup Wilbur loved him too! He was able to find the root of the problem and showed me everything so I understood. No nickel and diming here... very honest and great pricing. We highly recommend this company and especially Paul!!!

I have a 90's/early 2000's direct drive top loader Kenmore washer that was leaking from the bottom. I know very little about washers, so decided to call Blue Ribbon Appliances to come take a look. The prompt service guy was quick in diagnosing the problem. It turned out to be the water pump that had a small hole in it. It was replaced and the washer was working without leaks in no time. As a bonus, the price for the part along with installation, as well as the service call was very fair I'd gladly recommend Blue Ribbon Appliances for anyone that needs appliance repair

I went into buy a replacement burner for the oven, they actually had it in stock! The price was the same as Amazon AND I could go and get it right now. I brought my old broken element in, to be sure it was the same. The sales guy took my old part and tested it. He had already given me the new part and I was just going to pay for it. He took the new part back, gave me back my broken part and told me that the element is good. He could have sold me the part and I would have been out for the cost, but he took the road less travelled, he was honest in his dealings with his fellow man. I am now scheduling an appointment to find out the real problem with these fine people. Highly recommend.

What an honest place. I went there to buy a $40 part and the first thing they did was ensure I had diagnosed it properly using the manual and not the internet. During the discussion they helped me realize there were other problems and that the next parts would be over $400. Way too much for a 10 year old washer. Thanks for saving my time and money.

I bought a part there for my dishwasher and it ended up I misdiagnose the problem and I didn’t actually need the part I bought which was $288. When I tried to return it the next day I was treated extremely rudely and refused a refund. According to Ontario law refunds are not regulated so I am stuck with this part I don’t need. It was obvious from their attitude that they run into this all the time and instead of doing the decent thing and warning people that they don’t offer refunds on parts at the point of purchase they sell you something not warning you knowing they have a legal right to make you keep it. I think this is a very dishonest and disrespectful establishment and I would never deal there again and wish I never had.

A couple of repairs.....for the time they put in they didn't charge accordingly. They helped out with used parts to keep costs down. The guys are very decent. Their new prices seem to be well in line with big box stores and have better service.

Amana is a nice cheap washing machine. They did not tell me it did not have a hot water function. Please be more helpful in future. Otherwise Amana is a good pproduct.

Been here about 4 times each time very impressed. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. If they don't have a part in stock they can get it next day. I was in this Sat. and was sure the pump on my dishwasher was gone. They gave me some ideas of a couple other things to check before I spent money on a pump. Sure enough they were right and saved me my money. Great job, these guys have old school customer service that is refreshing to see nowadays.

Called Blue Ribbon for a service call on my GE refridgerator that wasnt cooling. Service man (Paul) was top notch, explained to me the possible causes and showed me the issue after his diagnosis. My husband and I bought appliances from Blue Ribbon in late April. We picked Blue Ribbon for our appliances since they will be the ones we call for service, if and when we need them. Their price was comparable to other stores. The staff have been wonderful from the get go. Very helpful when choosing appliances and also after delivery. I have been in a few times to ask a question about certain items and they have always been very cheerful and answer my question right away. I would recommend Blue Ribbon very highly.

Amazing customer service! Called for an issue with my dishwasher , booked an appointment for Wednesday but got a call back that an appointment was available same day! He was here within an hour!
