I think the Google reviews speaks for itself, I highly recommend. After my destination wedding, it was time to get my wedding dress dry cleaned. As you can imagine, it was covered by sweat, sand, dirt and stains. Even though the big day was over, I was still nervous to trust anyone with my dress and had waited weeks till my husband finally brought it in. At the same time, he brought in his custom suit to dry clean and was able to pick it up in a few days. Two weeks after, I went to pick up my dress and was very pleased with it. The attention to detail was not missed from creating a form to keep the shape of the bust/ dress, covering the beading on the belt from tarnishing to the way they wrapped my dress up. I was in a rush and arrived 5 mins before closing. He made me feel welcome and took the time to go over every detail that was done to my dress and the aftercare. Very happy to find this place - the service, communication and work was excellent!

Ramzy is excellent at what he does and this shop has been my go-to for years now. He's not afraid to tell you that what you are requesting will make a piece of clothing looks odd, but he's also willing to do whatever work you want done. I brought him my suit from Indo Chino (which was supposed to be custom made to fit me...) and he improved it tremendously for a totally reasonable price. I have also gotten two pairs of motorcycle pants altered here and they both came out looking professional and feeling sturdy.

As other reviewers have stated, he took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and after cutting the fabric brought me in for another fitting to ensure the hem would be the right length. My winter coat's zipper broke so I brought it here. I just assumed I needed the zipper replaced and I was quoted a reasonable price. When they called to tell me my coat was ready, they explained that the zipper itself was just fine but the slider and pull was the only thing that needed to be replaced - which in turn saved me a lot of money! I told the tailor what I wanted and the tailor offered his expertise and advice on what he could do on the items. TL;DR Think twice before cleaning your Canada Goose here. To start, I want to say that my wife really likes this place as a tailor. She went there once and said that they did a good job, which is why I'm giving this place 2 stars. Now on to my jacket. My wife took my Canada Goose there to get dry cleaned after the owner said that they are very careful and have lots of experience cleaning these jackets. The good: the jacket came back clean The bad: backing/support for the fur is all hardened and shriveled up. It feels like when you heat up some plastic and it shrivels and shrinks. The hood now sits awkwardly and cracks when I try to flatten it (see photos). My wife went back to the store to talk to the and the owner refused to admit responsibility, claiming that it was caused by improper storage, and because the down wasn't damaged, it's impossible that other parts of the jacket can be damaged. I find this argument hard to follow, since: 1. The owner admits to sending the jacket out to some shop for cleaning, so how does he claim that it's impossible that something went wrong in the process? 2. I was wearing the jacket days leaning up to having it dry cleaned so I would have definitely noticed the hard and shriveled up backing making the hood uncomfortable to wear 3. The support around the fur is the only piece of this kind in the jacket, so I'm not surprised that there is no damage anywhere else. If you're going to claim expertise in cleaning these jackets but end up damaging it, at least take the responsibility for it. I'm not looking for you to buy me a new jacket, but refusing to admit even the possibility that this could be your fault is an accountability that is shocking given all the 5 star reviews I'm seeing here. Edit: I called the owner as he requested in the response and he still refuses to acknowledge that this may have been his fault, but offered partial compensation on the dry cleaning fee. At this point my jacket is damaged so thats not helpful. Oh well. My loss, just think twice before you bring your jacket here.

Excellent work on two wedding suits (groomsman and groom) for me. No pressure on alterations, listened to what my wife and I wanted, and gave input as needed/requested. Both suits looked great after leg taper and hem, sleeve shortening, and taking in the jackets. Would recommend - and will return for future alterations.

I had 2 skirts that needed to be altered and fixed and brought them to Touch Stitch. The price is very reasonable. The owner is very knowledgable about clothing and his work is professional. He took the time to explain to me what he would do and why he would do it that way. After the skirt's zipper was fixed, it looked perfectly invisible, which was even better than before. Not to mention their dry cleaning price is great, too! I'm looking forward to see how the other skirt turns out. As a consumer, I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. Rather than spending money buying new clothes and contributing more profit to fast fashion giants like Zara or F21, I prefer paying for skilled services provided by local businesses, especially a great place like Touch Stitch.
