The Staff is super friendly, and know what they are doing. I went there to get a bustle for my wedding dress and have it shortened. I had a train, and shortening of the dress was a bit more complicated than a normal dress. But they did a fantastic job. The bustle looked like a flower, it was so beautiful. Definitely recommend.

This place did a horrible job with my dry cleaning. My scarf was ruined and the stain on the shirt, (which was why I brought it in the first place), did not come off. While I was grateful that they dry cleaned the shirt a second time (and the stain mostly came off), I was more concerned about the scarf. For one, it cost around $100. Two, I knew that it was ruined when the material didn’t feel right (I’ve damaged a similar scarf before in the past). And that was just one part of the horrible experience. The ladies that worked there told me that I would get my money back guaranteed, but I would have to wait for the owner and told me to come back on a day that the owner was in. So, I came back on a Wednesday and not surprisingly, the owner would not give my money back. Her first reason was because she took it to the dry cleaning place that they outsourced again. They NEVER asked if I wanted to do that (they had my number, they could've asked). Second reason was that she tried telling me that I couldn't get my money back because they were a small business, they had bills to pay, etc. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT EXCUSE BECAUSE THAT WAS ESSENTIALLY THEM SAYING, "Even though we did a bad job, we won't give your money back because we have bills to pay". The last thing that tipped me off was that throughout my conversation with the owner, she told me that the scarf was not ruined. It was ruined. I am never recommending this place to anyone.

Swift Stitch did an amazing job with my dress for grad formal! I had the bottom hemmed as well as the top taken in as it was too baggy. I was really worried that I wouldn't get it done properly or on time before I found Swift Stitch. The lady who served me gave me a date 2 weeks before my grad formal to have my dress done by, as she didn't want me to be worried (despite me bringing it in with less than 2 months to the date of the formal) and I was able to pick it up the day she gave me with no problems. It fit like an absolute dream! The ladies who work here provide quality service and understand the significance of your dress and whatever special event it's for - whether its prom, formal, etc. I'll be coming back every time!

TL:DR is to AVOID this place like the plague. It does a terrible job by ruining Male suits and the worst part is that the customer service is terrible and racist. Dont get tricked by these 5 star reviews, they're most likely fake. The reviewers all have just 1 review. I went due to the reviews and got scammed out of my money and walked out with a ruined suit. I left my suit there 4 weeks ago (it took them 4 weeks to get this job done from start to finish). It was a 400$ suit so it wasnt too expensive but I thought I'd get it perfectly tailored to my body size and shape. When I bought to suit from the store, the person there pinned and made all the adjustments to my body and told me to take my suit to a tailor to get it done exactly as is. This job costed me 170$ CAD for my jacket arms to be slim, jacket stomach area to be slimmer, pants length trimmed, pants slimmer. When I arrived here, she told me to put on my suit so she can see it. I told her one of my arms were longer so I'd need it matched and the pins were there to show it. She proceeds to take off all my pins even though I told her that's how I wanted it. She then starts to pin everything herself without consulting me. I took it as it's her job so she wants to be comfortable and thought nothing of it. She asks me for the fit and I say I wanted it slim fit and she says ok and starts pinning some more. 1 week later (day before my event for which I need the suit) I drop by and try it on. They forgot to alter the arm length so one arm on the jacket is much longer. I point it out to her and she says it's my shoulders and that when I wear it I should hang one arm looser. At this point I have my event tmrw so I tell her I'll come back for a fix later. After the event I come back and she keeps blaming me, saying she did a great job and shoving the fabric in my face and trying to prove it's not her fault. I also notice after attending the event that my pants were way too loose. The bottom was not fit at all and not slim as was requested. The manager eventually takes over and tells me shell fix it it both and makes it seem like shes doing me a favor when in fact it shouldve been done correctly in the first place. She tells me itll take 2-3 weeks which I agree with because the event is now over already and I have no urgent need for the suit. It's at this point where she makes a comment after asking me if I'm religious. i tell her im not religious. She asks where I'm from which I reply from Korea. She asks if I'm from north or south and I reply south. She then says "is that where the crazy guy is from" and smirks at me. I inform her of South Korea and how hes from north. She then says to me as I'm leaving that I need to find God in my life. I leave and come back 3 weeks later and she gives me a dirty look as I'm entering and says what am I here for. I tell her I'm here to pick up the suit, she goes to the back room and starts talking to her employee which I can hear by the way "why is he here, it's so busy, why cant he come earlier". I grab my suit and I ask if I can try it on before I leave and she says "you can try it on at home, were really busy". Mind you noone else was in the store, they were just working in the back. I just wanted to use the change room. She tells me "I've done enough for you. I've done everything you asked". It was your fault that the suit was ruined. They didnt lengthen the arm they cut too much fabric off of. They just shortened the long one so now they're both just too short. If they did an adequate job in the first place, I wouldn't have had to come back so often. Please do not fall for their fake reviews. This is the worst place to get your tailoring done. Their Google page should be banned for false advertising. Not kind, not professional, not fast, not efficient, and RACIST. Will upload photos of the suit when I get home and can try it on for the 3rd time. Worst place ever. DO NOT GO HERE. In the end the suit is still ruined and I'm down 570$ in total. Going to a professional next time.

I needed to have major alterations on my prom dress so it could go down about 2-3 sizes. The shop that I originally bought my dress from was going to charge me way more then what I was prepared to pay and so I went to swift stitch. She did a fantastic job and the dress fits perfectly. Not only did she save me over $100 but she was also able to alter my dress which was mesh and beading on top. Everyone should go to her!

I brought in my favourite winter coat to have it resized as I lost some weight, I was a little afraid of the results because it was a pretty expensive coat but I was so pleasantly surprised at the amazing work the tailor did, it fits perfectly and I was able to pick it up before than expected. I took my daughter's prom dress to the ladies at Swift Stitch. It was a very complicated alteration - 7 layers to the skirt and multiple tiers which needed to be sized down and hemmed. The top needed to be sized down and have beading repairs. I really appreciated that they gave me the price right up front, so I could make an informed decision. They consulted together about the best way to do the alteration. The end results was fantastic and perfectly fitted. Lovely team to deal with and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I went to Swift Stitch with a bridesmaid dress after the dress shop quoted me more than the dress cost to fix it. Another tailor I visited didnt even want to attempt fixing it. I was so worried! So my wife and I are heading to a wedding for Saturday and I had a big brain moment of getting a suit and getting alterations for it on Monday. I decided to try and find a tailor and found these folks with only an hour left to spare before they closed. Not only did they accommodate me, they were exceptionally friendly and kind. After trying on the suit and having the pins in place, they estimated my suit would be ready by Friday. I asked if it were possible to get it done by Thursday (since I'd have a long drive already and would like to beat the traffic) and they pulled it off. The suit fits great and I could not have asked for a better first time experience. Thank you again! Guys - this is where we should be getting our suits altered. You'll thank me later.
