I appreciate a pro who promptly returns calls and will tell you the truth over the phone before charging you for a visit. Wray gave me his opinion of what was likely wrong with my fridge, and the option to pay him to come confirm the 8 out of 10 chance that it was not repairable, or to start shopping and use that money toward a new fridge instead. Much obliged! I will definitely call him again next time!

Wray is fantastic. Like other reviewers said, he comes when he said he would, and he knows his stuff (we had a Whirlpool washer with all sorts of logic boards and controls). He's smart, polite and funny and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repaired in Victoria. And the cost was very reasonable. This guy is a keeper so I put him on my speed dial list.

I called late in the day on a Friday and he was at our house the next morning for a leaking fridge. He had a good idea of the problem from our conversation on the phone and had it fixed in about twenty minutes. Very professional. I would recommend Wray to friends or family.

Our washing machine stopped working so we called a few places to see about getting it fixed. Several companies I contacted were neither willing nor reliable, so it was a frustrating experience until we called Wray, of Turcotte Appliances. I left a phone message with Wray and he responded the next day and came by to diagnose our machine on the set date. He texted to let us know when he got the part and scheduled a date for the fix. He came by when he said he would and got our machine working again. Timely, reliable, competent and recommended!

Would not recommend. Repairman was rude, said part(s) weren't available, while a quick google search showed parts on amazon easily deliverable, didn't bother to open the appliance panel to see inside. I asked him to leave and will look for another service. Follow up 4 weeks later: I did about 2hrs of internet research and decided to try and fix this ‘too old to be fixed fridge’. One $200 part and a YouTube video - all done and the fridge is fine. Lesson learned... you don’t need to put up w rudeness, and you can do it yourself. Save $$, save the environment and save your self respect.

He sourced the leak on our dishwasher and was able to order the part and complete the repair the very next day; just in time for the long weekend. This is my first time writing a review ever, but I am so upset by how I was just treated over the phone that I feel others should be aware of this man and how he does business. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received. I called to inquire about some issues I am having with my fridge. I had read the reviews that said Wray was awesome and gave honest advice over the phone about what would likely be wrong with the fridge. WRONG. I was just hoping to find out if it was worth repairing. However, I was abruptly cut off by Wray and told I was "grasping at straws" and to "google it" when trying to explain the issue. He seemed to think I wanted free advice but it was the exact opposite, but he wouldn't even let me get that far. I would have been more than happy to have him out and pay for his service but not anymore. I would not recommend looking to this man for any help he is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Possibly the worst customer service I have had anywhere. This person was rude to me in my home, when I asked a question he sat there staring at me blankly and not speaking for over 1 minute. Just starring. All that was done to fix my dishwasher was.... he googled the error code (the one I googled 2 weeks prior to appointment and told him what code was) Creepiest person I've ever had in near my house. This was the first and last time I let this person in to my house. I feel like he could learn some great lessons taking some customer service training.
