DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! We hired them to put the bellow back on our washing machine, the repair person didn’t install it properly, causing the washing machine to leak and flood our basement. He came back and fixed it, but I had to rent a carpet blower to fix the damages from the leak, costing me $90. They refused to reimburse me saying the leak wasn’t their fault, that we “messed with a hose” on the washer (clearly lying because my roommates and I saw the leak coming from the bellow that wasn’t properly fitted). Person on the phone swore at me, yelled constantly, kept hanging up on me everytime I tried to talk to them, claimed I was lying, called me a piece of garbage, and threatened me saying “we can settle this in person sometime if you want”. Totally unprofessional, the manager clearly has a bad temper.

If you want to get yelled at by employees who refuse to refund you for work not completed then this is definitely the appliance repair place for you, Victoria! Any company in Victoria is better than this clownshow.

When every other company I called was saying a 6 -7 day wait - these guys booked me for the next morning. In the midst of a snow storm they arrived, did the job quickly and for a decent price. The tech was nice, professional and was clear about what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. PSA - condoms belong in the trash not the wash - make sure you know where your rubbers end up!

ZERO STARS!!!!! I am not sure how many business names this scam of a company has, but DO NOT hire them to fix anything. Just realized they have several websites/phone numbers all representing the same group of incompetent, dishonest swindlers. Long story short - they fixed my dryer temp control issue 6 months ago giving a year warranty, telling me that Blomberg is a good brand and it should last at least another 5 years. A month ago dryer stopped heating. I called, they sent Kyle the technician (who never answers his phone btw), and he claimed the duct was plugged (even though it is on second floor and he could not physically see inside of it), making the warranty void. I called my duct cleaners and they came and checked - very little to clean as they had cleaned it 6 months before, certainly not enough to blow the heating system in the dryer. I have made countless calls and spoken to both Tom and the receptionist a number of times explaining the ducts were clear - we had two appointments set up this week to honour the warranty with no technician showing up. I am beyond frustrated and have come to the sad realization that they are not going to fix my dryer...EVER. Even though I paid $450 with a 1 year warranty. Is it a coincidence that the washing machine in this same stackable unit had an obstruction in the pump 3 months ago that required repair??? It has SCAM written all over it.

This place deserves zero stars. The worker hung up on me when I called to ask a question about repairs mid question. There is no need for this kind of rude and unprofessional behaviour. Called another place with the exact same question and the worker said they don't do that but suggested a place that might and provided a phone number, which was very kind and helpful.

Where do I start? They came in and quickly determined that the thermostat on our dryer had gone. - When putting the unit back they did not reconnect the washing machine to the drainage pipe = water everywhere. - A week later, the part arrived and they scheduled an appointment with us on the following Monday. They did not show up. - They guaranteed they would come on Tuesday. They did not show up or call on Tuesday. When we called them they said that they didnt have the part but someone would come tomorrow with it. - They arrived an hour late on Wednesday and once again did not hook the washing machine back up when leaving. Not worth your time or money.

We called this company to help us with our leaking washing machine. The tech arrived on time and was professional. However, he was not able to detect an issue even though we provided proof of leakage. We ordered a part during one of the visits and haven’t heard anything back in more than 4 months. We keep calling, but they keep avoiding the questions. So at this point it looks like they have been keeping us hanging for no reason. Now I must pay another technician to help with the issue. I have also worked with ASAP Appliances and their service is far more superior than I have received with this company.

Very pleased with this appliance repair company. They were quick to schedule the repair of my washing machine. Joey was delightful, efficient, trustworthy and respectful and quickly found the problem. He had to order a part and after it was received he promptly came back to install it and do a test run before leaving. Would recommend.
