Very awkward place to do laundry when that man is creepily watching you and invading your space. I hope one day he will finally get caught and hurt no one else in any way. How many police incidents does it take to finally see this guy should not be working with people or under garmets?

This creepy owner is so rude. He tried to charge $45 for two bags of laundry, using his hands to weigh the bags and not a scale. One bag was 1/3 full, the other was a full bag. We wanted to put our own laundry in the washer and then get him to switch the laundry to the drier and then fold it. But he said that this service didn't exist. He has a very bad attitude. We immediately took our laundry to Aloha and were very please with the organization of this company and how our laundry will be done according to what we want. We will never return here. We looked at the rest of the posts and realized that it's not a safe place to be there if you are female!

If I could give this place less stars I would. I needed a large washer for a queen sized douvet and was shown to a tiny one where the guy grabbed it from my hand and shoved it in the washer. Didn’t even come out clean. Then before I got back to take it out he had already put it in the dryer when I was going to let it air dry bc it’s a down blanket.

If I could give 0 stars I would the man who works there started off by approaching the machine I was going to use while getting change and told me I needed to use the "bigger" more expensive machine ok whatever then when I come back to dry I realize they shorted me a dollar and I'm now short for the machine he said "I don't know what you did with it" my fault I guess should have counted the whole time I was in there this guy was breathing down my neck a quarter got stuck in the dryer so I gave it a little tap to free it and he started yelling at me hitting the thing several times in the process to say that hitting it was wrong I packed up my soggy laundry and left went to Armstrong instead because other places were closed I WILL WEAR DIRTY CLOTHES BEFORE I GO HERE AGAIN

A very inviting experience while we had to dry our goose down duvet. A simple $2.50 In the dryer and... voila! Job done. We did notice that there were quite a few both washers and dryers that were out of order and in need if repair.

The customer service was great, and it's very affordable. I dropped off and paid extra $2.00 to have it switched over for me, but didn't pay to have it folded. When I picked up it WAS folded and put into a bag for us!!

Just popped in yesterday for a load. No there isn't WIFI. I have a high degree of technical Savvy. And there's no internet in this place. I told the manager there, but he ignorantly told me "it was working". My friend came in, tested and also had no wifi. Asked the other patrons to check their phones nothing. What was annoying to me is I offered to fix his wifi by just repowering his Router, but he was stubbornly ignorant and refused to acknowledge the issue. Pretty good machines however, the wash cycle was bit pricy at 3.50 I thought. Bring yours coins and your Internet DATA.

The guy that work here in amazing. We have a 16 month old that comes to do Laundry and the male working plays with him non stop. I seriously love this place!!! Makes me feel comfortable doing my family's laundry here!

I am physically challenged and John went way out of his way to not only make me feel welcome but he also ended up doing more work than I did to get my massive amount of laundry done. We chatted about many things while sharing the workload and he made the whole process a great experience for me when I had been dreading the task because it's extremely painful for me to stand or walk for any length of time. If you are looking for a place to do laundry.....this is it.....you'll get good value and a chance to meet John, a great guy in his own right. Enjoy your time there and perhaps we'll even get to meet as I will certainly be going back regularly.

I agree with the above review about the guy being a creep, a real sleaze. Washing was still wet after putting plenty of money in the machines. I took my wet washing to Aloha, they are great! I would not trust my children with this arrogant creep. Worst laundry experience ever!
