L'installateur finit par trouver du temps pour nous, fait sa job (mais une job qui m'a cochonné la maison au complet car M. sciait directement dans ma cuisine à aire ouverte!!!!!!) et là, BOOM! Il y a une erreur dans soit l'installation, soit le design que la «professionnelle» des cuisines a fait, mais qui rend l'ouverture de la porte de notre hotte micro-onde impossible! On doit donc faire revenir l'installateur... Yeah!. Or, pour «corriger» l'erreur, ils doivent faire refaire un panneau d'armoire... Impossible de le faire en accéléré évidemment... Donc, un autre beau délai de 4 à 6 semaines. La pièce est finalement prête, la vendeuse me dit que l'installateur communiquera avec moi dans la semaine pour scéduler un rdv... Ok. et nous voilà 2 semaines plus tard, toujours pas de nouvelles de ce dernier. Honnêtement, je regrette amèrement d'avoir fait affaire avec eux. J'aurai appris ma leçon. Un cuisiniste spécialisé ne nous aurait finalement pas coûté plus cher et le résultat aurait été beaucoup mieux et plus personnalisé.

Le bois est gardé à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment en arrière du magasin et il y a toujours quelqu'un pour t'aider. Il faut payer à l'intérieur où ils vont de remettre une double facture pour remettre à l'employé. C'est bien organisé. À cette période, ça fait comme tout les autres commerces et restaurants, il n'y a pas assez de personnel.
