I had a couple of bad washes, but I called the numbers listed on the front of the building, letf a message and within a few days I was called back to offer 2 wash codes to make up for the two bad experiences .. hopefully they'll work good! Thanks for the return phone call, I never really expected a call back .. ????

Does the job, it’s a car wash. Improvements would be welcome. Some features in self serve don’t work (tire shine). In my experience the automatic is good for a quick wash but if you’re a perfectionist it isn’t worth using (for most it does a good enough job). It’s your typical small town car wash that hasn’t really changed since it opened.

Has to make updates or check your coin changer more often. Feels like whenever I get there, and insert a $5.00 bill, it gives it back. Its not the papermoney, its rhat the changet is out of coin. Do it like Hosers, have it so that each bay, will use tap, on credit or debit card.

Prices have been jacked up. I could was my car for 10 dollars last year. I was 14 to do the same job this year. What a rip-off! Out of soap, out of wax and none of the 4 vacuums are working. Sad!

First of all it used to be a decent place to go. I spent 10$ on tge premium wash and my car came out dirty, too dirty to be remotely satisfied. DO NOT GO THERE! You won't be able to complain if something is wrong. The Rocker Blaster phase (car side wash) had a side that didn't move up and down so one side wasn't clean. The "Tricolor" wax foam was out of 2 colors so it was just a crappy one color foam that did nothing to help. Then the wheel scrub did nothing, no jets, no foam, no noise, just a waste of time. Worst of all, the last rinse didn't work so the dryer simply smeared all the last whatever coat of gooey stuff on the car... All in all, the right side of the car is dirty, the 2 front door windows are still dirty, there is a bunch of dried soap/dirt mix on my windshield. It was never that bad before. Now I have to actually wash my car to remove all that soap that will corrode my car if I leave it there! So I wanted to be nice and contact the owner to let him know the broken stuff without asking a refund but his phone is out of service and no one knows how to contact him so here's my complaint.

Went to use the automated car wash the other day. Love how you can pay using your credit card, but the automated car wash was horrible. Little to no water pressure, did not remove all the soap, and did not clean the vehicle at all. We actually had to go use one of the manual wash bays to remove the rest of the soap. I wouldn't recommend the automated portion of this car wash. The hand bays seemed ok for what I used it for.

Spent $10 on the premium wash, 1/3 of the nozzles didn’t spray anything car came out looking terrible won’t be going back, place is rather run down and no money is being spent to fix things

I was in the self wash bay and didn't have change the coin machine was not working so I used my credit card for $3 just got home from my holidays and was charged $26.50 to clean my car myself! Their phone is non operational so I cannot contact them.

What wash? Paid ten dollars via visa for an automatic wash on 17 Jun 2020, the kiosk accepted payment, then the machine immediately went out of service; the door didn't even open. The Kiosk stated that the transaction was cancelled "Car Wash is Out Of Service." But the transaction still went through and I got billed the ten dollars! UPDATE:#1 Called one of the phone numbers listed at the front of the building. Got hold of someone (owner?) who gave me a code for an upgraded 14 dollar wash, so I changed my score from a one star to a two. The score is low because the automatic wash is really run down, looks dirty and doesn't do a very good job, I guess the hand wash stations are OK, but the whole place is run down and needs a make over. I'm a long time customer mostly for the convenience and quick winter cleanups, but I won't be going back until I see some changes. UPDATE:#2 So I went to claim my "Ultimate 14 Dollar Wash" with my custom code. Code ended up being for a Basic wash (Six Dollars). So I paid ten dollars for the "Premium wash", got promised a Ultimate wash for my trouble, but he lied and gave me a Basic wash. I won't be back EVER just on principle! And the score goes to a one only because I can't go lower.

Change machine was NOT working for any denomination. Got into bay, credit card machine charged us $3.00 but would not operate washer. Added coins, ate a coin never turned on! Bay was filthy, sewer was backed up, trigger was permanently activated! Will NEVER return, will NEVER recommend! Total garbage and trash! 1 star was LOWEST possible rating

The brushes and spray nozzles are a little worst for wear, the bays tend to be dishevelled at times. The machines aren't always working at their best. Just enough to get you back on the road looking less dirty.

Paid for a $14 ultimate wash. When i got home and looked it wasnt quite the ultimate job. Vehicle still had soap suds on driver side and back of vehicle. Looked on receipt and online to find a phone # with none to be found.

Going downhill fast. Steals money on several stalls. Change machine is horrible, twice this summer wasn't stocked. Today was my last straw when one of the stalls doesn't have a return button stole over 5.00 half way through a wash. Will not be going back.

I used the 14.00 wash and got home my car was just as dirty as before I went. Tried calling What A Wash and the number listed is not in service. What a rip off this was and a waste of time. I have gone there since it opened but this is by far the worse.

Just paid $14 for the “Ultimate wash” and it gave me a basic wash. Also the water is really hard and will give spots on your car if you don’t immediately dry it off.

The 1st $2 we wasted on a vacuum with basically no suction....so next we put $2 in a different vacuum with no suction at all. Very disappointing.
