I am so disappointed by the state of this place. Everywhere you looked there was garbage. The bathroom was horrifying, the washers were filthy, all the garbages were full to the top. It was gross. The two young girls behind the counter were nice enough but lacked any motivation to do any real work obviously. I'll never go back.

Only ever use laundromats when travelling, so I don't have a ton to compare it to. All the machines are coin operated. Some machines only take quarters, while others only take loonies and twoonies, which is a bit of a pain. No change machines, but you can get change from the attendant. Machines aren't very new or nice, but the rates seem pretty reasonable in return. Expect to be there an hour to hour and a half if you're doing moderate sized loads.

I did like using this place until today. I have been using their bachelor service, drop it off and come back and get it when it's done. Probably my 3 or 4th time. This will be the last time I use their service or their facility. Young guy working the counter today, tells me that its 45.00 today..I just about fell over. I said, why so much, last week it was half the price?? Oh well i had to wash this twice he says.. I never asked to have anything washed twice.. and even if you did why did the price double.. learn from me. Dont go there... Edit: after taking my bed sheet out of the bag I'm pretty sure A: my laundry wasnt washed or B: no bounce sheets were used.. hand full of lint all over it.. do I feel ripped off ? Yup. I'll be going back for a word with the owner or manager..

Horrible service! Twice now we have dropped off our laundry on a Saturday and been told it would be ready for pickup at a certain time on Sunday. On 1 occasion we arrived to find they had not dried and folded it yet, and the second time it was not even started at all. Both occasions disrupted our plans completely and caused us to have to figure something to do while we waited. Very, very annoying! We come from another community to use this place, so it's not like we can just go home and chill. NEVER AGAIN! The place is shabby anyway.

I've never seen a laundromat in such poor condition. This facility is dirty from top to bottom, many many machines are out of order and the machines that do work should be replaced. The large machines, for large items, can't be filled to proper capacity and they don't wring out properly so dryng time is 4 times what it should be. I wish there was another laundromat in Castlegar. Instead, I'll drive to Trail. What a shameful way to run a business.

Very dirty laundromat! Seems like the floors haven't been cleaned in years. No toilet paper and soap in the one and only washroom. No hand sanitizer nowhere to be found. And that in Covid times. Very questionable. I was tempted to get the Health BC office involved. Many machines out of order. Staff looked a bit rough too (older gentlemen in his late 60ies). I'm not going there anymore.

Since the new owner took over the place is pretty much run down Machines don't work half the time and this so called service they provide of washing your things is a scam I dropped things off a couple times and I got back things that didn't get washed and I didn't get back my laundry soap

Clothes came out dirtier than before they were washed.... left for half hour while clothes were in dryer, came back and everything was piled on a counter mixed with someone else’s clothes

I found the staff very friendly and helpful but the machines are old and as such take too much money too dry clothes. Also just found it quite pricey $4.00 to wash just seems wrong as does more than $2.00 to dry okay sometimes but 2.50 or more is outrageous especially if there's not a lot in the dryer.

Don't hate it. Hate is the wrong word to be using given what's happening in the world today. I wasn't even there so your asking me to comment on something I really can't comment on.
