Quality dryers and washers and a super clean washroom. There are really big industrial type dryers and washers if you’ve got duvets or a really really big load. I haven’t tried the snacks or ice cream but it available if you wish!

That's my weekly laundromat!! I have tried couple of laundry places near me. But I liked this one because the machines are clean as the place itself and it has a small cafe. They also have the coin change machine and the staff is super polite and nice.

Our building's washing machines have not been working for the past week and we had to do the laundry this weekend, so decided to try Yummi Cafe Laundromat based on the reviews. We had questions because it was our first time trying a laundromat and luckily there was staff to help (she was incredibly helpful). We spent around 8 dollars at the place, 6.5 for the laundry and 1.5 for the coffee. To conclude, it was a great experience and it took slightly over an hour.

I've been going here for a few years now an always walked away happy, the machines consistently work, I maybe only ever seen 3 out of order in all my years going; granted i dont go often, about 1-3 times a month. They sell food an have wifi for patrons so the wait time always feels faster then what it is. Plus the size of their machines makes things easier, I've been to lots of laundry mats an always felt a way about leaving my clothes unattended but I never felt that way about yummi!!!

I’ve been to quite a few laundromats in this area, over the years. Once I started going to this one, I haven’t gone anywhere else. It’s very clean. The machines are well maintained at all times. I like the fact that there is the cafe and that there is someone there to help you at all times of the day, while you are there. I really like the owners. They are caring and knowledgeable. Overall great place to do your laundry.

I really liked this launderette. Lots of space to sit, a coffee shop inside which is great. However the machine I used tore holes in lots of my clothes. Because of this I won’t be returning. They need to check the machines for bra wires. Beware. You might come out with clothes like Swiss cheese. It’s a shame because it could have been such a nice weekly launderette. The hunt continues.

This is by far the best laundromat I have used in Toronto. The space is exceptionally clean, all of the machines are in good running order, and the owners are very kind and helpful. Yummi stocks more Earth- friendly detergents and take environmentally responsible approaches to getting your laundry done. They also have taken COVID safety seriously and actually enforce mask mandates and also offer a free laundry program for those in financial need. For this reason alone, I woudl choose to support this small, local business, but honestly going there takes the stress out of a necessary chore. Thanks for being a pillar of the St Clair West community!

I washed and dried a big duvet in their large machines and it came out just like new, binding white and fluffy. While waiting, I had an inexpensive double-scoop Kawartha Dairy ice cream cone - very yummy! - and worked on my laptop. The owner is nice and very helpful.

Best wash and fold in the city! Amazing price of $1/lb taxes included. They also offer all natural detergent, which is what I request for my clothes as I am sensitive to fragrances. Not only were my clothes clean, dry and neatly folded and organized so I can just easily put them away, but they actually CARED about my clothes by hanging some delicate pieces to dry to prevent shrinking! How amazing is that?!! If you have not time and need someone to care about your clothes as much as you do, definitely go check them out!

This cafe/ice cream shop/snack filled wonderland/laundry mat is amazing. We brought in about 1 week of clothing for two people and spent $5 on the laundry itself. The machines were clean and worked as advertised. My fiance and I then proceeded to the ice cream stand and bought 2 huge scoops of ice cream for just $6 from Nancy, the owner. Its much more than you would get at Baskin Robbins or any other ice cream store. This was a very pleasant experience! I will for sure be back! Thank you Nancy!

I am a writer who's been going to the Yummi Cafe & Laundromat — or, as I like to call it, The Yummi – ever since I moved into the neighborhood, seven + years ago. Since then, my fondness for the place has not waned. If anything, I’m even more smitten by it’s bright welcoming atmosphere and unique services. (I mean, where else in this city can you hang out and watch TV, read, write or have a bite to eat and a refreshing drink, in a tastefully decorated, super-clean, well-maintained, cozy space, all while waiting for your clothes to dry? Nowhere, I tell you!. From time to time, they even showcase the works of local artists on their beautiful exposed-brick wall, which is super-cool. But what makes The Yummi truly special is the owners, Nancy & Conner, a socially- and environmentally conscious couple who expanded their already big hearts during the pandemic to offer a "Free Laundry" program on designated days, for those who are feeling the pain of deflated income -- no questions asked. I especially appreciate their sensitivity to those with special needs, while adhering strictly to COVID-19 safety protocols. These guys may be Kindness personified, but they also run a tight ship, to ensure everyone is safe. It’s this combination of kind-heartedness, creativity and thoughtful consideration for their customers’ well-being that has made The Yummi more like a port in the storm -- which is certainly what it's been for me in recent times -- rather than simply a groovy laundromat with all the bells and whistles one could ever wish for. I could say more about this delightful haven and the wonderful husband-and-wife team who's been helping to keep the spirit of community alive during this rough spell we're all going through. But I’ll leave it there and let you discover for yourselves what you're missing. Meanwhile, check out the menu on their website, which includes a fabulous selection of kickass delicious bubble-teas and super-healthy smoothies, made fresh on the spot, along with a freezer full of Kawartha’s icecream in a bunch of great flavors (the Peanut-Butter & Chocolate truly is to-die-for). I’ve yet to try their latest addition to the menu: air-cooked chicken & fries. But from what I’m hearing, I'd wager it'll be freaking awesome, like everything else at The Yummi. All in all, I give The Yummi five Gold Hearts, the highest score in my books, which is really like 10 gold stars in a world crying out for more quality as well as compassion.

Yummi cafe is a cute laundromat, not only is it very clean and well kept but it's very relaxing to do your laundry there. Order from the menu which is simple but great and relax well your clothes get clean. They also have good services on those days you need something cleaned but are running around. This Laundromat is definitely one of a kind, with a nice little cafe. There is always someone there, so there isn't a worry your clothes being stolen. The owners are great people, and have a lot to offer. The machines work excellent and the place is clean. I definitely love coming to do my laundry here rather than in my own building.

Can do laundy, while ordering something from their menu or getting ice cream. Nice area to sit to do homework. They also have a TV with the news. Good spot to wait for laundy. They have 3 different sizes of laundry machines and 2 sizes of dryers.

I just moved to the area and I saw some sketchy looking laundromats which I definitely didn't want to go to. I happened to be on the bus and saw this one and figured I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a cafe AND a laundromat. I tried to food, maple bacon chicken and the ice cream Banana boat both were delicious. The machines are reasonably priced. 2.75 for a small and 5 for a big. I sat there. Watched youtube, ate and washed my laundry. It was cool. The staff were friendly. The first girl left before my ice cream order was done (I wanted it for later) and she said good bye like she knew me. The second girl was so fun. I don't even like chocolate but she spoke so high of the Banana boat ice cream I had to try it and she was right. It was great. I'll definitely be going there to do my laundry in the future.

Nancy and Connor (husband & wife team; the best). The combination of laundry and cafe is just awesome. Feels like I'm in my very own space. The machines, folding space, dining area and floors are always very clean. There are magazines to read or a choice of tv, it's great. There's even toys and books for the little ones. Best laundromat by far on St. Clair Ave West, if not in the City. The machines are always clean, unlike other laundromats I've gone to where there's mold growing in the detergent area of the machine. There's always someone there to help if you need it, and they're super friendly and helpful! With Covid, this is the place to go, they disinfect each machine after each use, mask wearing and social distancing is enforced. Other laundromats I've gone to people don't wear masks, they're eating and talking on their phone, and no one is there to clean. So thankful I found this place. There's also food, ice cream and hot drinks. My cafe latte was amazing for only $2.50 taxes included. This is now my go to laundromat.

I am so grateful to have the Yummi Cafe & Laundromat in my neighbourhood. I consider it my home away from home. The owners, Nancy & Connor are so wonderful! They are warm and welcoming to all, and always go above and beyond to help you. The cafe & laundromat areas are always sparkling clean. It was the only place that I went to prior to the Covid outbreak. Since the pandemic began, Nancy & Connor have made their Cafe & Laundromat the safest place to be away from home. They have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all their customers and staff. They are always onsite and disinfecting the machines and all the areas after each customer, and ensuring everyone is following Covid safety guidelines. As I am immune-compromised, it is the only place I feel safe, other than inside my apartment. They also provide an incredible wash and fold service, including a pick up and delivery laundry service. All their machines are front-loading Maytag machines, so you don't have to worry about your most delicate piece of clothing being damaged. If you do not have your own laundry detergent, not to worry, as they sell everything from Tide to Nellie's all natural laundry detergent (especially great for washing masks!). Environmentally conscientious, Nancy and Connor sell reusable lightweight laundry bags, too ???? On the cafe side, they brew the greatest tasting coffee and specialty coffees, including cappuccinos, espressos, Americanos and iced coffee. One of the greatest items they have on the menu is Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream, with a selection of almost 20 different flavors! Even better, is that their prices are very affordable and unbeatable. I am so stressed going out to do my laundry, but as soon as I walk through the doors I am relaxed and feel safe again. The Yummi Cafe & Laundromat is the best and only place to do laundry outside of the home!

I dont really post reviews but this is the best laundramat I have been to. Not only is the place spotless but the machine are really good. Today I lost my car keys and the attendant checked the camera and told me exactly where they were. She was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them !

Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning and posted distancing protocols make me feel very safe at this attended laundromat. They also have wash and fold service at awesome rates for when I don’t have time to do my own laundry. They also have a full cafe that also serves 20+ superb flavours of Kawartha Dairy ice cream. The owners are super nice, helpful, and well connected to the community. Now that I have found this place, I would not go anywhere else.

Doing your laundry at the Yummi Café is almost better than doing it at home! :-) Owners Nancy and Connor have made the environment inviting and unique. The place is immaculate and the atmosphere is warm and inviting – my home away from home. :-) I always find it stressful getting to the laundromat, but once I walk through the doors, I am greeted by the warmth, kindness and brilliance radiating from Nancy and Connor and a calm comes over me; the stress just “washes away” and doing the laundry is not a chore any more. :-O I actually look forward to doing my laundry While your laundry is getting itself clean, you can sit and enjoy their lovely internet café, the “Yummi” part of the laundromat. :-) Doing laundry is a wonderful experience at the Yummi Café and Laundromat!
