Incredibly expensive coin laundry with sketchy, at best, dryers. On the plus side, there is a selection of washers, ranging from single load up to heavy duty, large load. Just be wary of using hot water (an "extra" charge not posted on some machines).

Dropped off laundry at about 11. It was delivered back to our hotel (for a small extra charge), beautifully washed and folded by 5pm. Very reasonable price. Excellent service. I will definitely be going there again!

This is my go to very Friendly, Clean washer and dryers.. restaurant next door if you get hungry. Drying your clothes is 25 cent for 4 mins.. price for the washer starting at 8 dollars can wash alot of clothes or your comforters.. im very skeptical when it come s to doing my laundry certain places but not this one... and they can pick or drop off your clothes..

You have to use 1 CAD coins. Here there is a machine to change currencies or cash you change the tickets. You can also buy your detergent and fabric softener here. I lost my stub and they were rude about it. They couldn't find my shirt and they said 'i dont know what to tell you'. I asked if I should come back again to see if it turns up and they said "no". When another customer showed up I asked loudly "so you just lost my stuff then?" and only at that point did they actually look for and find my shirt. Their dry cleaning is fine, but I wouldn't go back because of this experience.

Dropped our clothes off this morning about 10 AM and he had them delivered back to our hotel. We found them in our room, very neatly folded at 4:30 PM. Charged $25 for 15 pounds (the minimum) and offered to deliver for $5 (all numbers in Canadian dollars). A bargain. Very friendly and accommodating.

I asked to have a simple seem stitched. When I went to pick up the item, I noticed that they had done a poor job. I had to fight them to correct it and when I picked up the item the next day I received a lecture about my "cheap" clothing. I won't be bringing any more items there.

Went here on spec after Googling ‘Laundromats near me’, and . . . Wow! For what the hotel would have charged me well over $100 for, a week and a half of travel clothes - which were basically delivered in a sack - were washed, folded, and returned to me in six individual bundles. And all this for $25. Can’t recommend this service - and it is a first-class service - enough.

Excellent wash and fold service. We picked St. Lawrence because it was on the way to visiting the Distillery from our hotel. We dropped off 11lbs of laundry at around 2pm and got the regular delivery service (you can get expressed service for CAD 10 more). Gave them our hotel name and room number, paid CAD 40 ($30 USD) and we got clean laundry by the promised time of 9:30PM at the hotel the same night while we were out all day sightseeing. Very convenient, they did a good job. Highly recommended.

We visited Toronto and stayed at the Intercontinental. Refusing to pay exorbitant prices for laundry at the hotel, my wife and I walked here to do our laundry. Good machine that was big enough for our laundry in one load and get washed well in 30 minutes. We then dried all in drier which also took 30 minutes and we only used Permanent Press setting as we didn't want to cook our laundry with the highest temperature. We were able to sit in laundry while we waited and tap into the free WiFi from Cluck Clucks Chicken & Waffles next door. Attendant in laundry was very helpful.

Terrible work & customer service. Staff did bad alterations on a basic pant hem and blamed me for measuring incorrectly. She did the measurements. She also refused to fix the work or refund it. There are plenty of alteration places in Toronto, definitely skip this place if you value your clothing and money. UPDATE (June 26): Hello, yes we spoke on Friday and you said you would fix the pants by Monday. I came back to pick them up today and your husband refused me and you did also. You said you wouldn't give me a refund and when I asked for my pants back you told me you threw them out. I'll be in contact soon as you've now thrown out my belongings because you're upset the hem is not to my measurements. This is not how you run a business but now everyone can see how unprofessional you are.

Been coming here for many years. It used to be good but the business has fallen into disrepair. Machines will start and stop partway through wash cycle because of worn out door mechanisms or other internal hardware issues. When you bring the issue to the attendant’s attention, he is rude and defensive and will angrily blame you for not knowing the idiosyncrasies of that specific machine. Feeding change into the machines is tedious and frustrating, as most of the slots obviously need repair and won’t accept newer quarters/loonies. They used to have plenty of wheeled carts for moving wet clothes to the dryers. They now have only six, and are often using a number of them to hang dry clothes for their wash-and-fold customers (I believe they do this to save money on actually using their own dryers). I used to do my laundry here all the time but regretfully won’t be returning. I believe in supporting small local business but not when owners do nothing to maintain equipment and are rude when you have an issue.

Excellent service and extremely reasonable price. We left our washing about noon and they were cleaned, folded and delivered back to our hotel the same day by 5.30pm. We only have to pay $35 for two bags of washing and if I have known they pick up as well, I would be more than willing to pay the extra price. It costs $6 to wash one undies at the hotel!! Best laundromat I have ever used during our travel.

THEIF THEIF THEIF!! I paid them 425$ to do laundry. They overcharged,....weighed it in but put in more weight than there actually was.....AND STOLE CLOTHES. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice a 400$ skirt missing I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They also refused to give me a receipt. Oh and if you think this is an isolated incident...I had a friend staying with me..she had to do laundry. I warned her not to leave her clothes unattended because the Asian lady owner would steal them. Well, she did leave her clothes but came back to find the Asian lady owner rifling through her clothes.. Told ya.

The lady said “we help no one.” Caution: do not go to the St. Lawrence Super Coin Laundry expecting to be helped or treated nicely in any way.

We dropped a load of washing off on our way to the Distillery District and paid for a wash, fold and delivery service back to our hotel. This service is absolutely fantastic (they do pick up too direct from your hotel) and the owner was so so helpful. All our washing was done and delivered the same day and folded with such care and attention. So convenient, easy and great value for money. Highly recommend.

I can forgive the ever increasing prices as a fact of life but not when a business owner does not give a s* about customers. Forget about getting a folding table if you are not paying for the wash and fold services. the entire folding table in the back of the shop is taken up by the owner for wash and fold leaving others using the 50 + machines to fight for the 2 tiny tables left. my last visit today was the breaking point as I watch poor guy walking in with 3 jackets to wash and was promptly pointed over to the $7.25 super jumbo machine for a load a home grade machine could have handled.
