Terrible customer service by who appears store manager. Wanted Keds size 8.5 and didn't have them in store. Was offered to ship it to me place and would be able to apply my 10% off my first purchase including the inner soles i wanted. The system doesn't allow them to purchase shoes and soles for shipping. So we had to do two transactions and then were charge 11$ of shipping for 8$ soles. Good thing we caught that cause we were never advise of such. Then the girl told us that how is it cause the second transaction is less than 50$. A good customer service would have been that they would have went online of their actual website and made a single purchase transaction for us. A bit of imagination and initiative doesn't hurt and can go a long way to make your customers satisfied. But I guess this store doesn't have either of these attributes.

brought kids for shoes, had a sale on, kids tryed shoes and picked the ones they wanted. at the cash register my wife asked multiple times what's the price on those, no response from the cashier, just asked her will that be cash or card, I spoke up and asked again what the price, let's just say when he said it, he said it fast enough you could barley understand him. let's just say the price was double of what the regular price of sportcheck was for the exact same shoes and the service at sportcheck was about 150% better

A few "popular" brands and styles, but not much in my or my wife's sizes nor styles we were looking for. The staff, though they seamed short-staffed, were stressed and could not appropriately give the time needed to each of their clients. The little staff we saw were trying to assist three customers at one time.

Very disappointed in my slippers as the fur is coming off in clumps as well as in small pieces.i won't buy these again for the price they are not worth it.purchased in October 2016 and the first bit of fur was off by Xmas day.

Worst service ever. Asked for 3 pairs of boots to try on 3 shoes and 2 winter. Didnt look up online to see if the sizes were a aivaiab le. When i was trying to buy anither pair of boots i asked for the me s size and she would not get them got agitated said to her coworked like as if i have to tkehy wiukd i im a fat cow.
