Went to do laundry, there's atleast 6 washers... Only 2 working.. saw a review from a few years ago and the same thing .. I think its time they get them fixed. not everyone wants to wait 30 minutes to wash their clothes. People have things to do!

I guess it doesn't matter what rating or review I give because I'm just thankful they're even open since there are so few laundromats in Cape Breton! That being said, washers work and the dryers and not great. Nor good. The staff working on the day I was there was helpful, patient and kind. I would appreciate all the out of service machines to actually be serviced.

(Translated) You have to bring the 25 cents with your soap. Everything worked out right the first time for us. Nice option to clean your clothes while on the road while traveling! (Original) Il faut apporter les 25 cents avec son savon. Tout a bien fonctionné du premier coup pour nous. Belle option pour nettoyer ses vêtements en étant sur la route en voyage!

They are not a Dry Cleaners as advertised, they are an outlet for a Dry Cleaners. All they are is a laundromat and nothing more, very misleading!

the girl who works there is a sweetheart makes you feel like your doing your laundry at home not uncomfortable and when she does it her self she has it done in a really professional time matter . highly reccommened

I pumped 10 quarters each into two dryers. The clothes were soaking wet. The manager put an out of order SIGN on the dryers .No offer of a return of the money pumped into the machine. I am guessing the signs come off the minute I leave. I will not be back. Terrible.

OK place to do laundry. Glad to have a place to go in North Sydney as our water has far too much iron in it, so wash turns brownish in colour. Nothing modern here, but at least one can wash & dry clothes. I'm grateful for this & the fact that staff are helpful & very pleasant.
