I haven't used a Laundry place in a long time and had to use one out of urgency tonight and this place made me VERY happy. It was clean, had snacks to buy, decent wifi, decent security and really modern machines at a fairly affordable rate. If I ever need a Laundry place again, I will be coming back!

It's alright. I've seen multiple people freak out because the washing machines stole their change. There are signs telling you how to use the machines so that this does not happen, but they're not obvious/simple enough. I like that they have a vending machine with snacks.

Wouldn't recommend, staff are nice, basically half of machines are broken and the ones that can be used have to be fiddled with to get working.

My favorite local laundry spot! Along with free WiFi, being in an amazing, friendly neighborhood, There's an amazing carbonated tropical fruit punch in the vending machine that I havent seen anywhere else.

A great little laundry open 24 hours!!! For those of us whose schedules make laundry late at night a necessity. The new management has spruced up the place, it's always nice and clean, and the free wifi makes for an enjoyable, easy wait while things wash and dry. There is a locker based laundry service available for easy drop off and pick up. I wish all laundrettes in Toronto would adopt this model of service and convenience.

The convince of 24/7 was everything for us having to go late in the evening. Thank goodness for the large washer and dryers and coin exchange machine!! I only wish there was a way to sit inside and read a book while waiting, but I am just being picky. Maybe you can in the winter actually.. but summer time it is boiling in there.

I like the fact that there is no person to person transaction to be made. It's a very straight forward approach to full service laundry. As for the woman who made the ignorant comment about the "homeless" person. I feel for you, you poor thing. I mean having to witness something so awful must have traumatized you the nerve of him to be both down on his luck .and exhausted in front of you. Tisk tisk

a dependable, well lit 24hr laundromat, whose vending and change machines are always stocked, and their namesake laundry machines are well maintained and work great. free wifi and outdoor seating help pass the time. parking usually available closeby.

Clean facility. Free wifi and a coin vending machine at the store. Bummer is the coffee machine rdnded out an empty cup with literally nothing in it..

This place used to be fine about 3 years ago, but in the last couple years, they essentially just stopped caring. MOST of the machines are out of order and the ones that are in working order are mostly occupied by the staff for their contracts for wash and fold services. It's also dirty, I'm not sure if they ever clean the place anymore. They use the machines to wash laundry for medical facilities and cloth diapers which also makes me weary about sanitation and overall cleanliness since it's clear they don't know how to keep a place clean. Overall, avoid this place if you can, but if you MUST go, be sure to only have 1 or 2 loads to wash, otherwise you'll be stuck waiting for a free machine. If this business has SO many contracts to keep up with and can't properly maintain their machines, just shut the place down to the public already, please.

What a fantastic place. 24 hours. Clean. Quiet. Great neighbourhood. Cheap cheap laundry $2.50 regular wash $4 large. $0.25 dryers. 23 minute wash time on small washers. CHEEEEAAAP candy machine $1.25 for candy and pop, 0.75 water bottle. No washrooms though. Free WiFi. Surveillance cameras. Phone charging outlets. Wash and fold service.

I use the wash and fold pick up and delivery service provided by the Laundry Room. Service is excellent, reliable and reasonably priced. It has made a huge difference for me taking a lengthy and tedious chore off my hands and freeing up my time for other things.

AVOID VIOLENT AND MISOGYNISTIC MANAGEMENT!!! Very scary and weird owner screamed at me and threatened me for not having a mask, after I offered to wear one if it was provided. I also offered to simply leave and bring one back if i could finish paying for my laundry that was already in the machine. Instead, some very strange old man who is likely twice my age began berating me and threatening myself and my property. The woman in there with him folding clothes wasn't wearing a mask, and he didn't have a problem with that apparently, he only wants to attack paying customers. I'll bring my business elsewhere, I was a customer for over a year.

Best laundry facility we have used on college st. Wifi. Charging areas. Decent vending machines including laundry supplies, snacks and even hot drinks. Only downside? Laundromats never have a bathroom.

Small and dinghy...hands down one of the worse I've seen...I use to use ones in toronto in the ghetto that looked better than this place...half the dryers not working washers leaking...slipped on were floor...the guy here wasn't helpful...won't come here again????????

There is wifi at this location. The place is well maintained and the prices are good. A snack vending machine if you are peckish, which is great since this is a 24 hour laundry and I find myself here in the middle of the night all too often.

I believe it was the owner that helped me when I walked in - thank you. There are a few broken machines, by the owner is putting in the effort to have them repaired. The facility is relatively clean as I didn't see garbage scattered all over the property. Thank you to the person at the counter that helped me with directions. Great customer service!

Been coming here just under year now and it's absolutely a great place to do your laundry very clean and newly renovated. Machines work great and they offer wash and fold service which is awesome. Dryers work great and don't need to bring change. 10/10 rating for me.

I’ve been using this laundromat for over a decade and through a few changes in ownership. Machines are not well looked after and are often broken down such that the last spin cycle refuses to drain and spin dry the clothes. Ownership is unresponsive to complaints of additional expenses to dry or rinse clothing. Cost of using washing machines have doubled and timers on the dryers reduced. Claims of using ‘new high efficiency hot water’ as displayed on window are false: water is always cold no matter the setting. Hot water is even turned off on the small sink in the back. Recently encountered new ownership and wasn’t impressed at him discriminating against minority, disabled patrons.

12 washers and 8 dryers out of order yesterday STILL. 2 washers leaking water onto floor. Has been that way all summer. Attendant using machines to do wash and fold service using most of the machines so self-servers wait in line for machines. Filthy environment. Washers that actually work are never cleaned out, rubber around inside coated with hair and dirt. Machine exteriors never wiped down. Don't bother, waste of time.

First of all this place is clean, inviting, and had lots of free machines when I went on a busy Saturday. I didn’t need change, the staff was friendly and I just found out they also will pick up dirty clothes and deliver them clean and folded. Honestly awesome!

I brought a whole bunch of wet towels in from a small flood in our basement and they graciously washed and dried them for me! This would have taken a whole day to do myself. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

I come here very often, and it's always very clean and nicely maintained. I've visited many laundromats in this area, and none of them are as nice as this one. Free wifi and prices are very cheap. It has a cheap 24 hours wash and fold service too! I would definitely recommend coming here.

New owners took over very recent and they made this place a place I can go do my laundry again, I had to stop going for a while it was sooooo terrible in there (i.e.1 washer & 1 dryer worked) BUT now most of the machines are fixed and the place itself has been SEVERLY cleaned and clutter removed. The new owners seem to care and take pride in their new business venture so im sure in no time at all that place will be once again the spot to go do laundry around here

The hours of operation are very unpredictable; there are many broken / out of order machines. It seems the owners are more concerned about making money off vending machines than the washers & dryers. Most of the staff is pleasant; however, there is a noticeable turnover.

I went in on Monday afternoon and was disappointed to see the laundry folding staff not wearing a mask. Other than that, the 24 hour service is hard to beat.

Mix of new and old machines. New ones are pricier but handle larger loads too. I wanted to use the free WIFI but couldn't find the password anywhere. Detergent was FREE! As a famous (or infamous) US General once said, "I shall return"!
