Worst laundry mat I have ever been to. Owner is confrontational, discriminatory and downright almost got physical. There is no one ever there because the owner is actually crazy. From the minute you walk in she verbally degrades you. She also claims to be “exempt” from wearing a face mask or shield which is a direct violation of the health unit’s recommendation. 1 washer is 7$ per load. Highway robbery. Not to mention you are being told how to wash. It won’t be long until she’s out of business. Can’t imagine anyone wanting to be around such a toxic parasite.

Clean and well organized

This laundromat was very clean and the machines were of great quality. Unfortunately, the machines were incredibly expensive and the attendant was walking around without a mask

Very friendly

Dropped of some laundry for the wash and fold service. Staff was friendly and did a great job. I would recommend.

Clean, nice and friendly environment. Worker always gives a friendly welcome and asks if help is needed.

Wow! New management is trash. Insane laundry lady screams at customers and demand they pay more? Not going back!

This is one of the cleanest laundry mats in Sudbury. I have used the wash and fold service, as well as the self-service. It is the efficiency of multiple washers and dryers, to complete my laundry in a timely manner, as well as the multiple areas available to fold and organize. Therefore it is my favourite place to do laundry.

Friendly and a good prices. I will be going back.

Nice place to laundry and relax

Place is nice and clean Nice staff too

Clean and machines in good condition, however is considered pricy to me. 4 bucks to wash and 50 cents to dry, also dryers need two or three times through to do "large" loads. Washers take 28 minutes and dryers take 8 minutes, so good times if the loads are the right size. Although, after three loads of laundry I have spent 15 dollars. If you dont mind paying 4.50 to do a load of laundry great place. Sadly if you are a broke university student like myself, there may be a better option price wise.

Awesome friendly service and free chocolate!! Lol

Very Ignorant owner who lashes out verbally to her customers. I used to attend this facility every weekend with the old owner and it was such a nice atmosphere, with tv, couches and internet, but the lack of professionalism I experienced as a handicapped person, or for that matter any person lacks in a big way. You are treated as if you were in her own house and she is making you quite aware of it.....I give it (-5 )stars

This place is a joke . Never ever try this laundromat. The owner is rude and ignorant.

This laundromat is the best in town. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, polite, caring and goes above and beyond for her customers. The laundromat is very clean and well run. I was in attendance on July 14th when an upsetting event occurred. This is in response to "MARC S" review. I have to say that you sir, ARE THE JOKE and you were the person that was loud, obnoxious, ignorant, rude and raging. Why? All because you were politely asked by the owner to step outside for a few minutes as the Person Allowed Limit had been exceeded, as two gentlemen had come in to load their laundry into the washers. I was folding my clothes at the back and you were hovering and pacing in front of the dryers, when your machines had 15 min. and 5 min left. The laundromat has COVID 19 protocols in place and clearly posted (as all businesses do) ---which you felt did NOT apply to you. There is a rule about Social/Physical distancing and further limiting contact between customers, by asking if you have a vehicle to sit in your vehicle until such time as you need to shift/remove your load. You SHOULD NOT have been in there at this point. You also went and stood right next to a gentleman that was removing his clothes from the dryer and he gave you a stare to tell you to back off, which you ignored. The lady working approached you and politely requested that you step outside for a few minutes to allow the new customers the opportunity to put their clothes in the washers. She calmly stated she was over capacity and you proceeded to have a major tantrum, screaming, yelling, swearing and trying to bully her. She remained calm and professional throughout and I applaud her. For a man who appeared to be in his 40s-50s, you exhibited boorish behaviour and you should be ashamed of yourself. No one is entitled to abuse anyone else, which is exactly what you did. Marc, you ruined what had been a pleasant outing at this beautiful business. When you finally went outside, the customers inside were relieved and spoke about your appalling behaviour. Marc, own your behaviour and take a long look at yourself. YOU were in the WRONG. Do not try to cause damage to this owner and this business by posting lies. Why do some people think they are entitled to abuse people that are providing valuable services to us at the best of times and now during these difficult Covid times? We all need to be patient and work together. I will definitely be returning to this business.

Great the attendant very pleasant and informative. Gave good advise on the large load I had and save money.

Great friendly service. Very professional. Dedicated on keeping their customers safe during COVID. That you it appreciated.

I love, love, love this laundromat. The owner is very kind, compassionate and generous. I am a senior with some mobility issues and both the owner and her staff have gone above and beyond to help me by assisting in carrying in my laundry, loading the machines, helping me fold and pack my baskets. They take the time to get to know their customers. Many laughs and stories shared. They genuinely care. I've seen some customers being downright hostile, ignorant and rude for no reason, other than they feel "entitled" to. Get over yourselves. Businesses are trying their best under the straining times that face us all, so remember that. They have the extra burden of implementing rules and restrictions to keep us all safe. The laundromat has put in place covid safety measures and I respect them. The laundromat is very clean, has some new machines, some prices have gone up a bit ( prices haven't gone up in at least 3 years) so it was time....everything else has gone up. Let's all be kind and patient with each other.

Out with the old in with the NEW MANIGIMENT! New machines! Dryers that Dry ! Clean ! Friendly ! They will help you ! Did I say NEW OWNERS ! NEW MACHINES!

Its clean but pricey

DONT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE CLOTHES TO SPARE Recently used this laundromat and the lady was confrontational about what washer to use and pods we had to place for the size of load (we had the XL pods that are only for large or xl loads) After 35 minutes if drying our clothes where dry but suspiciously our child's clothing that was a smaller load than our own was still wet as if someone had tampered with it, at the time we hadn't thought much of it. We didn't fold anything because she makes you uncomfortable and doesnt follow health unit regulation for social distancing while talking your ear off about anti-vaccination misinformation. Once we returned home we find we are missing half a load of our babies clothing

Awesome visit

Clean, friendly environment. Similar prices as other laundry places, always attended. Don't let those 1 star reviews scare you off, they seem to all be related to COVID-19 restrictions and have little to nothing to do with the business. I for one am glad to have a safe place to wash my laundry free from the people who complain about good sanitary practices in the middle of a pandemic. Don't be a jerk and you won't have any problems. The owner is reasonable if you approach her respectfully about any concerns you have.

Very helpful, new machine's, friendly. New ownership , new management. As a disabled person I appreciate the help and kindness. Prices are fare for the triple loader $7 . new front loader $4

Fist of all the owner who is the lady j believe is clearly a “RACIST” the way she talked to us, it was like she is the one who is paying us to do the laundry. second there is larger washers but those are useless because she won’t let you use those machine. those machine costs 7$ and we had 2 big bags of laundry but she did not let us use those machine by saying that your laundry is not enough for that machine instead she made us use the other medium size washer so we had to use 3 of them which was 4$ per washer. and not long before that we went there to wash our bed sheets and comforters at that time she made us use the big washers and only one piece per washer, at that time the whole washer was almost emply but she told us that we have to use 2 big washers if we are going to do the laundry which was 7$ per washer. so clearly she wanted to make money but this is very chep way to doing it. also not to mention the was she looks at us and speaks very very very rude from the moment we entered. i think she can add one more sign in the entrance that brown guys are not allowed. very horrible experience.

Private! Friendly & followed Covid restrictions

Warning!! The owner has long been known to be a nuisance... friends, contractors have stated this and obviously as you can see for yourself in other comments. Today after bringing 4 bags of laundry into the establishment and loading them I had to bring down my mask below my nose to breath because I starting feeling lightheaded and nauseous... she herself says she's exempt from wearing a mask but wouldn't allow me to breath through my nose while my mouth is still covered. She threatened, called the police and kicked me out with 2 loads of my laundry soaked... meanwhile I have epilepsy and getting short of breath and light headed is a recipe for a seizure(therefore would be exempt as well). If there was another option for laundromat she would be closed within a month. Be warned, this person is unstable and obviously holds double standards for the mask policy

Not friendly.

Friendly service as always

Nice and clean lots of big washers and dryers to help for every load

New owners of Paris street London Matt is overpriced discriminatory against medicinal users of cannabis selective when in force there please wait in your vehicle rule place charges by the pound for wash and fold so if you have a large amount of clothing I'll recommend the new sudbury wash and fold there cheaper staff are friendlier and they offer wifi in new sudbury so if I were you I'll go to new sudbury for your clothes washing needs if you are requiring wash and fold also the owner's are unwelcoming and she even told us that a little girl waring a mask is not to enter the business witch makes the child suffer through abandonment anxiety
