Great service, very clean, they maintain their machines everyday, not like most laundromats. Fair prices, I once had so much laundry that needed to be done, took me about 2 and a half hours to get it done and it only costed me $20. They are very well organized when giving you change for the machines. Great location, especially for the collage students. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

Went here all the time when I was in an apartment. Staff would go out of their way to help however needed, and kept the place clean. Reasonable pricing and loved the wash and fold service too

I’m giving 3 stars only because the machines kind of worked. The staff member working was about as pleasant as a tooth ache. I asked for change and she shoved 2 containers toward me and started to walk away. I confirmed the amounts were what I asked for and she rudely responded “it’s the 20”. She did not manage the 5 customers allowed at a time. We were waiting for machines to open up but she allowed people who just arrived to use them when she knew that we had been waiting. When I approached her and asked if the clothes in the machines that had stopped could be emptied for use she replied “no, you’ll just have to wait for the ones you are now using to finish and reuse those but you’ll have to wait outside”. While I understand waiting outside due to covid I don’t understand why she isn’t managing the machines more efficiently. Once a multi machine became available we loaded our items, put in our money and the machine said “in use” only to return 30 minutes later to find out that it had not washed our clothes. We asked the staff member for help and she huffed, came over, pulled on the door handle which seemed to make the machine work and walked away without saying a word. We used to come to this laundromat regularly when in town but unfortunately it is now poorly managed, poorly staffed and the machines are not readily available for large loads unless you have work clothes. I’ll be sure to share my experience with others

Was there August 9 after dropping somebody at the airport. Very impressed with the cleanliness, quality of the machines and prices. The young lady there was very helpful and answered all questions for us. I am from Southwestern Ontario and wouldn't hesitate to stop there again as needed, and recommend them to anyone in need of a laundromat in the Sudbury area. Great Job !!

I have done my laundry here for 3 years. Machines are good and dryers are very large. Unfortunately last time I went the girl working took my washed, wet, dark clothes and put them into another machine and turned it on a hot cycle. Ruined my jeans, took my # to see what they could do and didnt call me back. Use the laudromat but dont let anyone touch your clothes.
