This was a very unusual buying experience. But a lot of fun. We were taken through a number of different appliances that we were looking for. In depth explanation of pros and cons of each freezer we considered. All in all would recommend Tony as a consultant who is sincere and knowledgeable.

For a local business, worst customer service ever. I always want to shop local whenever possible, 1) I prefer supporting local, 2) personal service 3) most times you get prompt reliable knowledgable service. Our 3 yr old Maytag slide in electric range has needed 2 major repairs since we've owned it. We moved into a new house and purchased ALL of our appliances from Needles. Needles was not interested in any kind of customer service except to totally charge us ( service charge too) . Blaming us for not purchasing extended warranty, and telling us "they" just don't make "things" like they used to !?!? Appropriate response ? Customer Service at this store needs a refresher !

We had a really great experience shopping here, even though it was fully remote. Jack helped us work through options and found a great solution for a washer for us. It looked as though things were going wrong when the shipment was delayed, but through some kind and clever maneuvering Jack sorted out the problem, and got the new washer delivered in a timely way. Greatly relieved and grateful for the effective help.

I went in to buy a washer and dryer. The very nice lady helped me choose the right one, and then we found out they didn't deliver to my area. But she still continued to give me expert advice and suggestions on places to look and made even more recommendations on other appliance brands and warranties. I tried to place an order over the phone from the UK. A housewarming surprise present for family. After ten minutes on the phone, the employee decided that she can't send me an invoice and she even refused to take a card payment over the phone. She said she had a bad feeling about this! It was a very disappointing experience. These people should learn about business and customer service basic manners

If i could give a zero I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was told they were too busy to get a service part for me....suggested i drop by with a butter knife and pick one off one of the old dryers in the back.....wow......hard to believe.

I just bought Maytag washer and dryer here and I was very impressed with the service I bought them on Friday and they were at my house Monday. The guys brought them in, set them up, replaced the pipe behind the dryer and cleaned up ALL their mess. It was fantastic service even the sales guy wasn't pushy and left me alone from time to time to make up my mind. I never felt pressured from start to finish. I would definitely use this place again. Oh and the 2 guys who came to my home were just a treat to talk to. Great job cause good customer service is hard to find these days.

Service - This is what puts them at full 5 stars. Prices are great, it's great to shop local, but what sets them ahead is service. The people they sent to install we're courteous and went above and beyond. (our old microwave had been installed and the cupboards built around it, poor install guy had to cut it out and make room for the new one, then even tacked up the wires for our under cabinet lighting that was dangling before they even came and had nothing to do with the work he did) We also had some back and forth getting a fridge that worked with our space and they accommodated.

When negotiating price with a sales rep, as all customers should do when buying appliances, another employee became involved in the conversation and was very rude telling me to just go with the competitor even though their service was terrible , stop wasting their time and that I would regret my purchase from the other business. Customer service at its very worst.

Went in to look for a Fridge. Was blown away by the variety of options they had. The sales person was very knowledgeable in their products. Excellent service. Prices very comparable from what we saw. We are taking a day to consider our purchase as we consider a couple of brands. Will update this with our purchase and delivery experience when we go back. I really wish they were open later. (just 6pm instead of 5.30 would make a huge difference for someone like me) but COVID times probably dont help.
