I brought my F150 here and I'd say it did a great job on the paint and rims, but there was a lot of leftover dirt on the running boards and back bumper. This is never an issue at the drive through touchless I usually go to, but this place did a better job on the rims so it's a bit of a trade off. At $18 for the top wash I'd consider this place pretty expensive compared to the $12 I normally pay. Perhaps a membership is a better deal, but I don't live in this area, so I don't know if being a member is worth it or not.

I can honestly say that my quality of life has greatly improved since I purchased a membership at Halo. My car sits low, 2.5" of clearance, and goes through the wash without any issues. I wash it almost everyday, and I love the free vacuums & mat washers. My car hasn't been this clean(this often) since I bought it! 10/10 highly recommend.

I purchased my 1 year Club Membership almost 2 months ago from Saad Nazar, and my car and I could not be any more pleased with the performance of the wash, wax, tire polish everytime we visit. The vacuums are awesome and so are the staff!

Car always comes out clean and dry. That's what's most important for me when I use this wash. This car wash uses spinning brushes so if you don't want paint swirls or drive a garage queen, then avoid this wash. Prices are on par with the rest (10$ being cheapest wash).

I tried to use the vacuum to clean out broken glass from the car but an employee stopped me and asked if I was a member, I told him no but I'm going to get a wash, he told me I needed to drive over and pay for a wash first and then I can use the vacuum after the wash, I say sure I'll go get a wash first, I drive to the pay gate to find out it only takes credit cards, I only had my debit on me at the time so I had to reverse out of the long lane. So it wasn't a very good experience. I was just trying to vacuum the glass out. I understand it says only for customers and members but there were like 9 free spots and I was planning on getting a wash.

wash was great at first but now have hundreds of very tiny paint chips on the hood and fender tops..will have repainted at the advice of pro body shop. Only had car three months and not sure of the cause of these chips...either way a repaint is required. Must say the car is clean

A little overpriced, still facilities are great. They stands out from others by having a mat wash which is really cool. A lot of spots available for vacuum. I loved the three step tire and wheel cleaning. Overall great customer experience, friendly staff.

If you live in or near Stratford and are looking for the best car wash in town, with even better service, look no further! Halo uses top quality car care products and have a phenomenal staff. If you care about your car and its paint, come HERE. Even if you don't necessarily care about your car, but still want it sparkling clean, come HERE. They have awesome membership packages and are a great value. Oh yeah, they use closed cell foam which makes their brushes SAFE FOR BLACK PAINT. Finally, I no longer have to agonize over hand washing my black cars, I can bring them here with confidence that I'll leave looking as good if not better than when I wash and detail them by hand. Their tire brushes also does a phenomenal job of cleaning the white lettering on my tires, which is not an easy task to do by hand! Halo is the only car wash that I'll be bringing my vehicles to while I reside in this area!

$20 for their car wash is a bit steep, especially considering you don't have a choice between touch and touchless. Maybe they're unlimited programs offer better value?

I seriously never do this, but in this case I have to. I had the worst experience ever. Basically paid them $20 to scratch my truck. After paying I was told there had been two incidents of antenna breaking did I want to proceed. I seriously though about it. I just bought this vehicle. It's my baby and there was not a mark on it! But I promised my autistic kids DQ and a trip through the car wash so we went for it. Upon exiting we drove straight home. I got out and immediately noticed the scratch marks clearly from the brushes on the passenger side. I messaged Halo right away, they advised me to come in. I went in asap and gave up my lunch to fill out a claim. A couple days later I get a call from the site manager saying he wants to review the footage with me. I give up another lunch and go in.I'm greeted by Jess who says they were just talking about me. So he's playing the video and shows me the passenger side before entering and says see right there. I literally saw nothing. He said "it's under the glare" I said no it's not, there's nothing there. I asked if we could get another set of eyes in there and he said there was no need as it was all right there on camera. Then proceeds to say basically if I'm going to do anything about it I better hurry as their camera erases after a period of time. He kept saying listen my friend. Then he told me it was the dealership I got my truck from, they must have covered the scratches and they were revealed after going through the car wash. I told him I felt like he was saying what he needed to say to get out of taking responsibility. At this point I'm 40 minutes in to my 30 minute lunch. I have to go. I asked for the name of his supervisor and he gave me the generic email address I already have and I left

This place is amazing, I go through almost every day. It is so easy to use, just pull up load the front of your car on the conveyor belt put your car into neutral and sit back and relax. The people that work there are professional and caring.

A bit on the expensive side but it is nice that you don't have to pay to use the vacuums and mat cleaners so I guess it kind of balances out. I would love the option to pay a little extra and have the staff wipe down the interior of the vehicle kind of like a basic detail package. Might be another opportunity for business there.

Employees were rude and made rude faces toward me, also left some small scratches by the back right wheel. Although a young man was very kind and apologized for his employees actions, besides this it was an ok experience.

I was very impressed with the manager Said Nazar. I stooped to ask him about the dead bugs not washed off my car properly and he explained why very well. I asked for his name specifically so I can do a review of the business. I don't impress easily if you look at all my reviews and I was that day to be sure. Thank you

Wow, next level car wash. The guide track that pulls the car through is a new design that won’t scratch your wheels. The vacuums are super powerful and free! The whole place looks like something from the Jetsons!

Works great, staff on hand said if vehicle is not clean once through the first time I could go through again but it was good after the first one. Nice place prices are high for a premium wash but exspencive place to pay for.UPDATE: Been back a couple times believe car wash was scratching vehicle so i changed car washes does not seem to be getting worse. maybe not from carwash but who knows.

Very good car wash. Staff are excellent. Good notifications of service dates by email that wash is N/A. Lov vacuum spots to clean car interior & mats ....and a great surprise was that you can run you floor mats thru a machine wash for no extra cost either.

Car wash itself was good. Vacuums included are nice, but no area to wash mats (other than perfectly flat ones in machine). Any vehicle with fitted / WeatherTec or any new GM / Chev vehicles with uniform mat have no place to even spray off. I have to go to another car wash down the street and use their sprayers to clean mats. Seems like something that should be available for monthly membership!!!

Got my membership. Now I don't have to worry about the weather or my car getting dirty - I can literally go multiple times a day if I want. Plus it's so good not having to wait in line on a busy Saturday morning. Super fast. My kids love going too. They have free vacuums and a free mat washer. You don't need to buy anything or go through the carwash to use them!!! The mat washer is such a hidden gem. I hadn't washed my mats since I bought my car and they came up like NEW. Salt and mud etc all gone. Super helpful and friendly staff too.

I had an amazing experience washing my vehicle today. Vacuums were super powerful and the mat washer worked great. I am very happy that I signed up the unlimited wash membership program. Thanks to the manager who made the recommendations. He was very polite, extremely professional and answered all our questions very clearly. The car wash facility was well maintained and super clean, and the staff was very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend using this facility. As a pay-per-month member, I have unlimited access (within hours) to awesome car washes. As an owner of a new BLACK vehicle, this is almost a necessity. The Halo Car Wash does an awesome job and I enjoy the free vacuums - which do a good job, the cleanliness of the property, and the fact that there is always an attendant on duty to guide me in or to answer any questions. Only glitch is the fact that the mat washer does not accommodate my bulkier Weathertech mats.

Excellent Car Wash. Auomomatic moving track are flat so easy to ride on so no need to wrry hitting rail on the old style moving track. Fast moving so no need to wait at all. I am not from town and was passing by but will use it again when come this side. Vacuum suction was week on one side.

Love love love my halo car wash membership. The staff are fantastic and every time I go through I cannot believe the great job this wash does on my vehicle. The free vacuums and car mat wash are second to none and as I have told friends and family the vacuum is almost too strong. Also they have an air blower feature so you can get all those pesky crumbs out of tight corners. Well worth the money spent to get a membership.

Amazing location and staff! It had been I while since I washed my car. They noticed that and asked me to go through twice to get the job well done. My jaw hit the floor when they offered that. Most places would shrug you off. Amazing wash center. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Love this car wash ... but the dryers don’t work as well as I’ve hoped. I’ve made mention of this to halo employees in the past and they said other customers have had the same concern and they were trying to correct the issue .This was months ago and still no change .. just hope this gets resolved as going home to buff out water marks is not ideal

Went in to get my vehicle washed, paid for the top wash which was $20 and change. Did absolutely nothing, all my windows were still dirty. My grill wasn't even washed. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Only good thing about it is the free vacuums. Went to talk to an employee about the poor quality of the wash, told me to pay again and go through again. Absolutely horrible place.

Took my trunk in figuring it was a new car wash that it would do a good job. Came home to find side of truck scratched and scuffed badly. If you care about your paint or have a bigger vehicle don’t take it to Halo car wash.

My family and I were in Stratford for the weekend visiting family and we went to the Stratford Festival to see Never Ending Storey. After getting an ice cream at McDonald's I decided to get my Toureg washed at Halo car wash while everyone was munching away on their cones (it was a nice sunny day and my car was super dirty!) I think I have seen this type of wash system when we were in the US last summer and couldn't be happier to have found one nearby. The staff were helpful in guiding my vehicle onto the automatic system (while I ate my ice cream), the wash was superb and I couldn't get over the tire polish system at the end, which was awesome! I could have spent 3 hours washing my car, instead I got to enjoy ice cream while someone else did the work! Time with my family, great service, great car wash well worth the 20 bucks!

I truly enjoy my membership with halo carwash. A perfectly clean car simply looks better and it feels much better driving it. Every time I come out of the carwash it's just like the feeling you get when you drive it off the lot for the first time. I must say, the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. A fantastic organization, great cutomer support from beginning to the end of the process. The staff was well trained, informed and went the extra mile at every stage. The attention to detail provided to us by Saad was very impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. He is a fine ambassador for the company. Car wash was amazing. Mat wash and the vacuums were nothing but icing on the cake. Membership prices are extremely reasonable offering unlimited washes with free vacuum and mat wash services. I would recommend them unreservedly.
