They did a great job on my sofa, loveseat and carpets. They also took my area rug with them and when I got it back, it looked brand new, love it. The technician Carl was very nice and polite and was very informative. I will definitely use them again.

Attempted to contact through their website, got a couple of automated messages but nobody called me back. After a week I called and booked a cleaning. The day before the cleaning they phoned to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment, 2 hours before arrival they cancelled. The next available appointment option I was given was a month away. Unacceptable but not unexpected I guess.

Delighted to have Carl from Acclaim to clean my wall to wall. Used Acclaim ChemDry for 10 years before I moved to Stratford. Hard worker, friendly, positive practical attitude. Will be so happy to have him do my regular cleaning. Spots gone. High traffic stair carpet like new. Reasonable prices.
