Very clean, friendly staff and great location. The hotel shared parking lot with the Walmart and gallery

I had to go back to the front desk when I arrived, the hotel being full (so no room change) and the cleaning staff having left, I was loaned 2 bottles of disinfectant and 1 rag so that I could clean the bathroom and the tops of surfaces in the bedrooms. J'ai dû retourné au front desk à mon arrivée, l'hôtel étant plein (donc pas de changement de chambre) et les employés d'entretien étant partis, on m'a prêté 2 bouteilles de désinfectant et 1 guenille afin que je nettoie la salle de bain et le dessus des surfaces dans la chambres.

Clean and nice hotel, however, no breakfast on weekends which wasn't mentioned in booking and reception wasn't that welcoming. Overall would stay again on a weekday. *** Edit: stayed again and despite filling out a paper for breakfast, the worker didn't show up to provide breakfast and no compensation was offered. Room wasn't very clean this time, will not stay here again for awhile. Also one light was blown.

Les employés de cet hôtel on trouver une manière intéressante pour leurs clients en préparant eux-mêmes les assiettes du petit déjeuner en demandant ce que le client veux avoir dans son assiette, Résultat: client très bien servi, plat chaud et règles sanitaires respectées. Je choisirais encore cet hôtel si j’avais à retourner à Sept-Iles. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et les dames qui le servent sont efficaces et sympathiques. Ce n’est définitivement pas la plus belle vue (sur le parking du Walmart), mais c’est près de tout.

Je reccomande cet hotel a tout le monde. Les prix sont raisonable, c'est tres confortable et le dejeuner est parfait! La seul chose est de prendre des chamber a l'arriere pour ne pas entandre les voiture circuler a l'avant si vous ne dormez pas fort :-)..

Big breakfast room. Always free tables to sit. Spacious bathroom, with a bathtub and a lot of shelves and hooks for towels and toiletries. Very good location, close to Wal-Mart and numerous restaurants. Unlimited parking spaces. High value for money. Recommended x 10 !.

This hotel is not very old, has a fresh look and nicely decorated with art work. Breakfast is hot with a good choice of items. With only a two night stay not a lots of time to fully enjoy the hotel.
