Washed a down duvet, after I took it out of the dryer, there was blk streaks on it. Tried washing it again, no attendant so I payed all over again to clean it!!! Never came out... Permanently damaged... Not going back! If you need to go here, do it during the day when it is staffed, at night it's empty.

The coin machine is set up to give you less than what you pay for and the drying machines are set up to work after 10 minutes of use on purpose. The place is dirty, the owner leaves a huge garbage bag at the back. The floor is being wiped with a muddy mop and a dirty towel cloth.

Paid for hot water and did not get it. Rip off!! Did 2 super large washing loads on hot water cycle except there was only freezing cold water coming out. Owner refused to have any responsibility or rectify the problem. Would not even speak to me on the phone. Never going back to get ripped off again!

$6 machines, half the machines are broken. Ants all over the floor in the back around 3 full bags of garbage. Change machine out of money. Felt like I needed to wash my clothes again after going here
