Very clean and machines are huge and new looking. The staff have always been cheerful and poliite. The parking space war has been going on for decades in this small plaza and has nothing to do with the laundromat or the staff. I've never had a problem and there is parking on Kingston Road.

One of the best parts of my week! It's not only a place to get your laundry done but it's a family like experience. Janette makes sure to make you feel welcome right from the start. I went in five years ago and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I look forward to visiting with Janette and Natalie when I go in and am always appreciative that they take the time to remember things I talk to them about because they care about establishing relationships with their customers. I feel like I have gained an extended family there and am so happy to do my laundry done there.

Discovered this place almost a year ago. Cost more to do laundry here than any other place I've been but, the machines were clean (no mold) and well taken care of. Closes way too early (7 P.M.), no hot water or bathroom (owner doesn't like anyone using it and keeps it locked) and, the machines are now getting moldy. I hope this changes because I otherwise like the place and people who own/run it.

The owner was very friendly helping me learn how to use the machines. The place was clean and there were a lot of machines and larger ones if you have large loads - it could be faster than doing laundry at home if you have lots to do. I rarely use laundromats but while I'm visiting TO I had to look for an alternative since my apt doesn't have laundry and this is a great place. Tim Hortons right beside so you can get a coffee while you wait.

This was, hands down, the BEST experience I have ever had a laundromat. Janette is friendly, kind, helpful, funny and extremely attentive to the needs of the patrons. This establishment is refreshingly clean, the machines give you an amazing wash and dry and the environment in the laundromat is like a home away from home. Worst wash and fold service! Clothing did not smell clean, were not folded properly and I was quoted the wrong price. They may have good washers and a nice facility but their wash and fold service is terrible, and I've used many.

The washers and dryers have been newly replaced recently, This gives more efficient cleaning and drying of the clothes. We have gone to this premise for many years, and will always keep coming to them. My family can truly call these two people, our friends. Never thought I'd be reviewing a coin laundry. Went this morning as my home is under renovation. This place is amazing. Long time stains on my work clothes.....gone ! Passed the time talking to the lovely owner Janette and a regular client Pat. The place is spotless,the machines are state of the art. Comfy seats,TVs,air conditioning,folding stations ,you name it . I left the place feeling like I made new friends. I never knew that laundromat machines clean that much better than the standard home ones. I will make a point of going back every once in a while for that deep clean. One of the finest customer experiences I've ever had and it was at a coin laundry..Who knew

My son went to do his laundry here today. He went at 5:00 pm. Went to go and put his clothes in the dry at 5:30 pm. Attendant was locking the door at this time. They close at 7:00pm.He also told him that he is supposed to stay with his clothes but the sign says to leave due to social distancing. Also told him to split up the load in the dryer so he it will dry faster so he could go home... attendant is making up rules to suit him.

Back in the summer time I was looking for a clean and easy to get to laundry mat. I've not been impressed by the laundry in the building that I live in, so wanted a new place to get my wash done. I found this place by searching the web. Decided to give it a try, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. Going forward, this is the only place I will be visiting to wash my clothes. The place is super clean. The machines are top of the line. I find my clothing and sheets are actually clean - super clean when finished. Janet, the owner is on duty much of the time, and I have to give her a rave review as well. She has been nothing but helpful and friendly without being intrusive of my time during my visit. I enjoy seeing her each time I visit. I don't understand how anyone could find fault with the location, and the service provided here. If you need a laundry mat, this is the place to go. Don't hesitate!

So this laundromat opens at 9:30 a.m. it's the day before the first day of school and I'm super excited to get the last of the laundry done for back to school, I have a few extra hours before I have to go into the hospital for a procedure, and I'm all excited that I'm about to finish getting everything done for back to school with no. I got to the laundromat at 9:45 well the doors were locked. I proceeded to call the store, I got an answer, where he tells me he's behind and he's going to be about 20 more minutes before he gets to the laundromat. So now back to school laundry has to be postponed for another day. This is a regular problem with this place, they may have clean washes and dryers but if you need to get something done first thing in the morning and a pinch they are never open on time.
