This is the only laundromat I would ever go too. They help me every time I come here and it’s a nice space to fold your clothes. It’s not even expensive and I love how they have free wifi. Also there is a mall across the street you can go shopping while waiting for your clothes to wash or dry. I have been customer here for about one year now. It is pretty good and the ladies are extremely helpful.

Had dry cleaning to give. Rates seem decent. Service was very slow but they shared date of pick up before the due date.

Worst service ever. never ever visit there. I gave my jacket for dry clean and they were not sure if they can do it. I told them to check and call me before they do. did not even call me and did the dry clean and fu**** up my $1200 jacket. Contacted the owner and he said its normal wear and tear. Who the hell told you to do it. Don't even know how to talk to a customer. Owners reply on call " I don't want to discuss anything, this is normal wear and tear, I'm not scared about any legal actions, do whatever you can do".

I've been coming here to do my boyfriends work cloths for months and I have never felt so insulted. I'm being told not to use their better machines to do my laundry. I was so upset when being told to use the back machines that I didn't come back in for 2 weeks. But this is the closet one to my home so I come here. I was told today not use the machine of MY CHOICE. I had my cloths in the washer already and was told not to use it. How can you treat customers like this? I'm never coming back, can't feel comfortable in a place where they watch everything you do. I'm respectful and clean up after myself if I make any mess. But this, I have never been so humiliated.

The staff are helpful and the machines are not too expensive. Some of the furniture coverings are badly torn up in the waiting area. There are Avon brochures onsite... I met my Avon lady here. There's a flat screen tv to entertain you while you wait. Overall, this is a good place to do your laundry.

Nice machines, big space, clean, free parking, free wifi. Met the owner, they have been here for 20+ years. Cerderbrae Mall right across the street, can shop while waiting for your clothes. Would return! :)

Wow! I just the best laundromat experience. This was my first time at Cedargreen. I had a huge duvet to wash and it wouldn't fit in my washer at home. A lovely lady greeted me at the door and helped me to work the machines. This place is spotless and beautiful inside. The large machine was $4.50 and the dryer is $1.50. I was also super happy to be able to use the free wi-fi so I could work while I waited. Will be back with my dry-cleaning soon!

I returned my duvet for a 2nd cleaning since it did not get done correctly the first time. When I got it back the stain was still there, however it was hard to notice and looked much better then when I brought it in the first time. At least I got an apology for the mix up.

Don't leave your things and soap even at close range. We lost our soap when we were just inside waiting. Owner is not concerned and said irrelevant answers, even explaining the word "self-service" when it's self explanatory. Was just asking him because he was there taking out coins if he saw our soap but instead said that I am accusing. Asked for cam verification and he said it's for emergency only. Wow.. What a day.

Machines don't always work. They seem to be turning off the hot water from the back of the machine. And they reluctant to give refunds when machines do not work properly. If I could give less than 1 star I would

I always come here to wash my comforters. The little lady is so pleasant and is always ready to assist. There are much newer machines now so the pictures you're seeing on Google are old. The washer for example has a digital computer screen and as I stood there reading the choices, the attendant noticed and came right over to help me. The place is spotless and there's a TON of room to fold your clothes. You are also surrounded by Cedarbrae mall, gas stations, food, LCBO, and so forth. Overall no issues whatsoever and will continue to come here.

Dear everyone, notice how the owner/staff responded to customers who gave them low rate, that's exactly how they'll respond to you when their machine conks out before your eyes. They'll come up with their version of the story and make everything your fault; their machines are faultless, people are just stupid not able to figure out how to use it properly, that's how they'll always see it. Been to that horrible experience, unfortunately. But thanks to that experience, I found a better, more professional and highly reliable coin laundromat on Ellesmere and Markham right across from Centennial Recreation Centre. They have bigger machines and cheaper price. I wouldn't have found this place if it weren't for the bad experience I had at Cedargreen Coin Laundry whatever. I don't have to deal with an uprofessional, brash and very combative staff any more. What a relief on my part. Thanks but no thanks to you Cedar-whatever.

Another of machines that work you can get cash back on debit to get change for the machines, they also have drop off and pick up, hemming of pants and dry cleaning. They have soap and dryer sheet to buy if you forget yours or run out, pop machine on site and a convenience store in the same plaza, KFC is just down the road same with pizza and caribbean restaurant 3 min walk away.
