The last review posts a picture of Diamond Carpet Cleaning. He was giving Ultimate carpet cleaning a poor review and Diamond a good review. The photo should not be there, should be on diamonds site. Diamond has retired and is no longer in business. The phone number and website for Ultimate do not work and as such the business is effectively closed. Ultimate did work for me. They did an excellent job without complaining about the poor condition of the house.

Brennan cleaned the carpets in our rental home in October. The carpets were left soaking wet for days and all they did was come back with a couple fans. Our tenant was to move in and we were told they would be dry for the next day. Luckily we have an understanding tenant who waited to move stuff onto the carpet. Brennan passed the message on to the owner (name not known) that we were unhappy. It is January and we still havent heard back. I called Brennan twice and he continues to tell me the owner has the information and will be contacting me. Very unprofessional. Will never use this company again.

It is so unusual to find a company that is willing to give you an HONEST opinion as to the type of service you need and when they do....................for it to be almost half the price of what you anticipated ........well, it's a good feeling! From the first call I made to them to the consistently positive follow up to the actual job itself, I'm hard-pressed to find anything negative. Moving out of our house and these guys were a "no show" on a Friday afternoon for a 1PM appointment. Got a text a 1:43 saying they would be there in a few minute and then radio silence after that. Got Diamond carpet cleaning in the next day, Saturday, in the AM on a long weekend. Diamond got it done. New owners of the house are happy with Diamond. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning is not recommended.

Brennan cleaned our carpets and a couch set today. Not only was he very professional and personable, he did an amazing job. Everything looks new. We have had our carpets cleaned before by other carpet cleaners and although they have turned out decently there is no comparison to the job that Brennan did today. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning will always be the route we go in the future. We highly recommend them. After the amazing experience we had about a month ago, Brennan came and did several of my Mom's carpets. There were stains that she had utilized "home solutions" on. This likely made his job even tougher. In any event, the end result is amazing again. I have the highest of praise for his work and how good he is to deal with.

Brennan cleaned my carpets today and I have to say "wow"! He did an amazing job and was very thorough. I had my carpets cleaned from a different carpet company last year and honestly I couldn't even tell if they had been cleaned, they looked the same. I was very disappointed, I was reluctant to try another carpet company but Brennan's company had such great reviews I thought I would give it one more try. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning was wonderful and did a fantastic job, (he even washed my hardwood floors because he didn't want to leave his footprints, now that's service!) I highly recommend Brennan and Ultimate Carpet Cleaning!!!!
