Well on the good side of things they called me back, they were able to give me a quote and a reasonable time to do the work. They called ahead to let me know when they were coming and to make sure that things were ready and they showed up on time. They brought a brute of a machine and did the best possible job on a terrible carpet. Having said all this had I shopped around I may have been able to get a better rate but I think all things considered and the fact that they were available and ready I am completely okay with it. As far as I know they are a Canadian company and local and we should support them.

I called this company to set up a cleaning service for my area rugs which they were able to come pick up the next day. They told me it would take 1 week to clean, so once it got around to that week mark, I gave then a call to check how things were going. Every phone call I made for the next 5 days ended up going to voice-mail. I left voice-mails, had multiple other people try and contact them as well, but heard nothing. I was convinced my carpets were gone despite many previous good reviews. They eventually got back to me 6 days later placing blame on Sasktel and also stating they told us it would take 2 weeks instead of 1; we were never told 2 weeks... The carpets were cleaned well but I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.
