My jackets and ski pants went in odorless and just needing a seasonal clean up from last winter, a few stains on the pants and not much on the jackets.
We received them several days later smelling overwhelmingly strong of some kind of cleaner. So strong I immediately got migraine headaches.
I was happy with how quickly they offered to try again, that was great. They offered to reclean with no chemicals, and we waited another few days to pick up our jackets. In doing so they were no different than before. The customer service fter that it went down hill.... one gentleman didn't understand anything I was saying he mentioned. So another gentleman called and the first thing he says is "yah I think I remember aren't you the one with the jacket that smelled of curry!!!?" Seriously!! No that was not me. My jackets i was told were not dry clean so they took it upon themselves to not call and ask if they should wash them in water and a full jug of sunlight, instead they just did as they pleased. And proceeded to tell me my jacket is wash only, and demand I look at the label. Well the label clearly says dry clean and the fir cannot be machine washed.
I'm now left with a dry cleaning bill for a simple washing machine wash, a jacket I cannot wear full of toxic chemical "scents" that now needs to be sold to someone who isn't sensitive to these toxins or loves sunlight detergent as much as they do!!
Not impressed at all.
