I sent an email over the weekend and they called first thing Monday morning and had a tech at my house, out of Saskatoon, by noon! Great customer service, the tech knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. I would suggest this company to anyone who needs any sort of carpet cleaning service. They definitely do the job right the first time.

One of the most unusual experiences I’ve had in a very long time. We had them come do our carpets and we paid for the pet treatment which involves a black light etc etc. The lady on the phone quoted the $ per foot and we did the math and that was just fine by us. They arrived but not without an attempt at a cancellation but they accommodated us. When the tech arrived he walked directly into the home without knocking which was intrusive. Within 1 minute of being in the home he said it would be a minimum charge of $200+ which was way more than the phone quote. Anyway, we got that sorted out. Then he went on to do the work and he came to me near the end to tell me he was almost done and I asked when is the black light coming out and pet treatment happening? He replied that it’s not worth doing and a bit of a hoax. I called the shop and they got him to do what we paid for. However, before he started the pet treatment he then told me that the house will have an odour of pet which we thought was unusual as the home had no odour to begin with. So we are getting quite frustrated at this point and told him not to do it then. So after all of that he packed up and came back in the home and asked for some Advil??? At this point we have had enough. This experience couldn’t have ended quick enough. Pros- the staff on the phone were very pleasant and did their best to make the situation better. The reduced the fee due to the odd situation and inconvenience.

We took advantage of a sales promotion that they had and were quite pleased with the results, Dave had a black light that hightlighted pet stains and did a very thorough cleaning. They use limited water for the stain removal. Carpet was dry quite quickly. It almost looked new.

We have used Chem-Dry a few times and are very happy with the service. Our tech David, explained everything he was going to do before he starts and then provided options. I like that the equipment is all brought into my house and it is not some dirty hose that is connected to a truck outside. Our carpets came out great and dry in no time. i was very pleased with the results of having my carpet cleaned professionally by ChemDry Saskatoon on December 5th. The fellow who did this work was very nice. He was a comfortable man to have working in my condo while I stayed out of his way in my kitchen so that he could clean my living room and bedroom carpets.. I felt secure and safe with him in my condo unit. #312. This may sound like an unusual comment to you but I want to add it ...as I experienced an uncomfortable tv cable worker who I had to have into my unit to do some work for me. That was a few months ago. I did tell this Chem Dry worker that I appreciated his professionalism. Now about the actual cleaning. I am so pleased with how clean my carpets are now. And, I am surprised at how much more comfortable the carpets are to walk on. They feel thicker and more plush. Its amazing! Finally I want to say that the cost was reasonable. I was very happy that it was done at such a great price. Awesome! I will be calling Chem Dry again when its time to have them re-cleaned. Last of all I called your office minutes after he left my unit, to tell someone on the phone about this great rug cleaning experience. I asked for the workers name and she old me it was done by David. I am not positive, but hope we got that name right. if so please pass on my thanks to David. Love Chem Dry of Saskatoon! Have been using them for carpets for many years in home and for rental property. They have handled fish sauce on carpet, kids ‘dirt’ on carpets and came back to help get smell out of carpet. This past weekend they wow’d us again with a couch cleaning that we have needed for years. Each and every time they call whether it’s office or cleaning crew they are super polite and always on time or early. Can’t wait to try the auto cleaning!

Chem-Dry of Saskatoon did an outstanding job of our carpets. I am so pleased. We have a lot of carpet all over the house and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Even the cream-coloured carpet in the basement and stairwell where the kids play and eat a ton looks amazing...like jaw-dropping amazing. It was time to get our carpets cleaned, and not knowing anyone in the business I asked around as to who to use. Dean and the crew from Chem-Dry were recommended to me. They came out and provided a reasonable quote for the areas we need cleaned and so we decided to give them a try. The crew showed up in advance of the appointment time and were done well in advance of the scheduled completion. The crew were fantastic, they completely explained the process before starting, then went to work. The carpets looked like new when they were done, completely eliminating the traffic path way's. They made a believer out of me !! I was always skeptical about carpet cleaners, unless they came with the heavy steamers and big power washers. But I was proven wrong today as my carpets look like new .. (even the big nasty stain came out ) and I couldn't be happier. If you have the same fear, don't worry give them a chance!!

I loved the way my rug looked, smelled and felt on my feet when I had it done by Chemdry of Saskatoon. Looking forward to having the rest of them done soon! Wow, I'm impressed! I didn't actually expect my rug to come back looking so clean. It almost looks brand new. There are a few very small stains left but considering this is the first cleaning in six years and it's a wool rug, I'm satisfied. My only complaint is that the turn around time was a week longer than they told us it would be.
