The employees at this dry cleaners think its appropriate to laugh on the phone to a customer when their is an issue, I wouldn't recommend this place ever they mixed up all my suits together an didn't think it was a big deal. They have no respect for what they do an are very unprofessional with their customers an work.

I have taken many items here with great results. There was one sweater that I brought in recently that shrunk (this has happened to me at previous dry cleaners as well) and the staff were happy to replace it for me and they apologized profusely. As I said, I have had this happen to me before at other dry cleaners and that establishment refused to admit that they had shrunk the item, did not apologize, and did not try to make amends - hence my reason for finding a new dry cleaner. I will keep coming back to the Clean Shoppe, thanks for great service!

Super good experience! Brought in a few jackets that needed zippers replaced and they did exactly what I asked and did a fantastic job at it. Will be recommending to others and going back. One jacket was also dry cleaned and I swear they worked magic on it. Very impressed!

Terrible experience. They forgot to include half the order when I picked up and I had to go back a second time to pick up what they had forgotten. Absolutely no apology at all, and no desire to find a way to compensate for our inconvenience. They acted like they hadn’t made a mistake. Extremely frustrating and horrible customer service.

People are extremely nice and friendly, make me feel welcome everytime I come in! One time came in with a white shirt and suit that was nearly entirely covered in a few days old red wine stain and they tried to get it out the first time, they couldn’t quite get it all out, but she said she wasn’t happy with it and proceeded to take it for a few more days at no extra cost and work to get rid of the stain. She got it all out! I couldn’t be happier and have had a great experience every time!

To put it lightly, the service is extremely poor. This is the worst customer service I have received in Saskatoon let alone a dry cleaners. They have very little regard for your clothes. They ruined a brand new dress shirt of mine ($160 dollar value) that I wore only three or four previous times. Not only did they still make me pay for my dry cleaning, they didn't even offer an apology that I now have a dress shirt that is no longer wearable.

First time at this drycleaners, and the service was phenomenal. Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning my jacket but because they weren't satisfied with the first wash, they called me to ask me to keep another day to really get it a few tougher stains out. My jacket looks brand new, and to boot, the cost to clean 2 jackets was extremely reasonable. I had paid the same price for 1 jacket at 2 other places here in Saskatoon. The staff was friendly and smiley. I will definitely be using their services again. ????????????
