I was very disappointed with my experience at Laundry Basket. My mother and I took my wedding dress and veil to have it dry cleaned after my wedding. Several weeks later they phoned to clarify whether there was a veil dropped off, as they could not find it. After many conversations with the owner, she decided that the veil was never at their establishment, despite the dry cleaning ticket stating "wedding dress and veil". There was "no way" they could possibly have lost an article of clothing. In addition, rust marks were created on my dress that they also deny any responsibility for. In the end we still were required to pay several hundred dollars for the "dry cleaning" that they did, despite losing a veil, and having permanent stains created on the dress. They never admitted that they did anything wrong, but rather blamed the entire situation on us. I will not go back to Laundry Basket.

Very disappointed, they tell you a price and they charge you with different price, a total rip off. They told my wife her wedding dress for Dry clean will cost 150$, then she got charged 280$. The owner came up with a story that my wife’s dress has so many layers, even though the 150$ charge was told after the owner saw the dress . ????????????????????????????????????????

I love that this laundry mat has people working in there. The machines are clearly marked with the price of running the machine. It's kept clean inside. If you forget soap etc, they have a dispenser with single use products. The staff are super helpful. There's vending machines if you get snacky while you wait and it's in easy walking distance to many places to go for a quick meal or coffee while you wait.

Friendly and hounest staff ( I dropped the credit card and they returned it to me straight away). I'm ever so greatful!! They have clean machines that arnt overpriced which left our clothes smelling great after using the triple load washer. There is a quick washing and drying time and they also have a machine dedicated to work clothes and coveralls !! Definitely will be coming back during our stay here in Swift Current.

I was camping and had some laundry to do, this place was clean, friendly and affordable. The washers and dryers were like new. My laundry was washed and dried for less than $15. Thank you.
