Really nice staff helping me out when I came for the first time today. Explained perfect on everything, plenty of change coin for people , and even give me laundry detergent for free( because i forgot to take them with me). The machines are clean, fast and efficient! Really great experience for the first time to com here.

They keep this place clean and its bright and 4 minutes drying time per quarter... buuuut the lady at the desk is a serious micro manager... she practically grabbed detergent out of my hand and wanted to put it in the machine herself... She stood and watched as I poured the liquid detergent into the machine instructing me on EXACTLY how much to put in. ???????????? I kid you not... the second my washing machine stopped she materialized behind me waiting for me to open it and collect my clothes... I could tell that she wanted to say something to me because I waited 10 seconds after it finished and still hadn't opened it. I have been here twice and never seen her smile. Does a smile make a great business... no... does bright paint... no... but ease up a bit. If she were a man and she came at me like she does I would assume that she was trying to fight me.

Went to this laundry mate cause my dryer broke down was told I had to rewash all my laundry before using there dryers . I have never heard anything so rediculious !!! Excuse for the reason was Health and Safety reasons... As soon as they seen we were Aboriginals the female attendant watched us bring our laundry in and she went to the back to talk with the white old guy back there and came back and told us that .... Really !!!! I will never go there again... And I will recommend to everyone to let them know about this Business .

Well, let’s start with the staff. I was treated as a person and not a number when I first arrived through the door. Instructions were given on how to use the machines filled a container with coins required. I was asked if I needed help, but I declined. I actually enjoyed doing laundry, the person on shift and I had a great chat and the time flew by. Machines were clean and were not noisy. Dryers actually dried the close. I would highly recommend this place.

I drove from Dunduran because the dryers broke down at the laundry mat. Went to Broadway and just wanted to dry the clothes. The attendant there told me the rules where that you could only wash and dry because of issues they had with people drying dirty camping equipment. I explained to him that I washed my clothes in Dunduran and the dryers had broken. I had to drive to Saskatoon to dry my laundry. He made no exception. Told me to find somewhere else to dry my stuff. I understand there are rules. But I had my basket with the clothes in it and didn't look like camping gear! Or dirty work cloths. I would of considered becoming a regular there but now will not step foot in there again...

The woman at the front desk (I assume the owner) is really helpful, she really helped me save some money by using the biggest machine they have. It's cheaper than doing laundry at my apartment and the pricing is fair for the size of the machines. I'll definitely come back, it's in a good location and I appreciate the helpful staff!

The drycleaning was great - removed a tough stain from a loved item of clothing. However, the people working when I dropped it off were very unprofessional. They were speaking badly about another customer while I was standing right there waiting to be helped. They didn't realize that the customer they were talking about hadn't actually left but was just standing out of their view, which made it uncomfortable for him and I. Then, while taking down my contact information, the lady wrote so illegibly my phone number was not readable. When I went to pick up the slip had been re-made because the original was not legible. They had to take a guess about what my phone number was supposed to say and were way off (last four digits are: 8620, they guessed: 7806 based on her writing). I am glad there was no issues, but if there was they would not have been able to contact me. The young lady working today (28 March) seemed very nice and professional.

A very clean location that has a very salon look. The wash cycle length is longer than other laundries that I have visited. It may mean cleaner clothes. The matron was strict concerning amount of liquid soap use. Dryer cycles are ¢.25 per 4 minutes. They are gas dryers and will dry faster. The matron said most clothing dries in 16 minutes. It is close enough to other options to occupy your time.

Love this wash spot! Super friendly lovely owner, family run, helpful. Have anything you need for wash and fair price. Very clean. They are always wiping down machines. Helpful and friendly. And theres a health food store beside and a little restaraunt on corner. You just get a happy feeling!! ❤
