Had a load of laudry i wanted to drop and pick up later. Guy says he is gunna charge me 25$ just for 1 load. I went elsewhere and the other place charged me 21$ for 3 loads. I wont return to Fairhaven laundromat, and I wont be suggesting this place to anyone

Don't expect to get the hot water you pay for because there is no such thing. The owner made the excuse that clients said the water was too hot, so why keep charging customers for hot water then? Also, why does he let ppl take their clothes off right in front of others so they can wash the clothes they're wearing. Maybe run a strip club too. Lol the machines are not cleaned regularly as one can clearly see. He should clean the machines rather than stand there and stare at people. Never returning to this place.

3 stars because the machines work and work well. Basic building cleaning is done but the owners need to perform cleaning maintenance of the machines more often. When you get dirt and grime built up it means that you have not cleaned often enough and now it needs maintenance. It was the detergent and fabric softener dispensers that bothered me the most. So many of them clogged and caked brown. Almost every machine was spotted with black mold in the dispensing units. I found one machine without it and used it even though the fabric dispenser was clogged with slimy chunky brown water which was then mixed into my rinsed clothes. I don't need a new building or new machines, but I expect machines to be maintained cleanly. Unfortunately I didn't want to be too obvious under all the cameras so I didnt get photos of the dirty dispensers. I did notice one time that a camera followed me as I paced around waiting, which means that it was under manual control. I suggest that rather than sitting there and watching customers on camera wherever you are, get off your chair and get in there and start cleaning. It is just as effect to monitor customers by being present on the floor as it is to follow them on camera.

When I called to ask how much the machines were I did not get a straight answer. Couldnt tell me a price on wash or dry. Answered the phone by saying hello and I had to ask whether I was calling the right place. I used to go here all the time, I'm not sure I will do business there anymore.

The laundry mat is a nice place to do your laundry. The regular washers start at $4.00 and up. The super capacity washers for blankets or larger loads start at $8.00. Dryers are .25 for 5 minutes but remember to put it on high for maximum velocity. The worker was helpful cause I haven't been in a laundrymat and I needed help to work the machines. LOL...

Bruh, this place is dirty. The owner has very little care for the costumers. The washing machines stink. Like musty and when you pull the washer lining lip back it's filled with guck and mold. The ATM has an out of order sign so when I asked the owner where I could get change he just pointed to the machine and I was like it's out of order and he just looked at me and said no it isn't.. apparently they put a sign on it to stop people from walking in off the streets is what one lady sitting in the facility said. The dryers sucked. I mean if you can.. go somewhere else to do laundry.

I will never come back here nor will they ever get another dollar of mine, period. When I went there my friend (who was also doing laundry there) and i were the only ones in the store. Half the machines were broken and they had no change to exchange for my paper money. Like at all. Said they had to go get some, yet it was 3 in the afternoon. We had quite a bit of laundry. Between the 2 of us, we took up pretty much all the extra capacity washers and probably ly all but 2 small load washers. After leaving myself to go get change and spendding approx. 30-40$ In washing alone, while we were waiting my elderly friend got up to check one of his that was in the dryer and slipped on a small puddle on the floor and fell. He had to leave by ambulance. Ended up breaking his hip and needing surgery and spent next two weeks in hospital. Staff denied there was even a puddle there and then said he was intoxicated (which he has been sober and in recovery for last 37 years) and that his fall was his own fault from drinking and probably did it to get money out of them. I was incompletely astounded they had such audacity to say such a thing! Then on top of that they wouldn't pay for any drying even though it would have kept me as a paying customer, and then Get short with me and asked me to remove all my clothes from the washers and leave. With themStill wet.. I will never come back to this place ever again.

I’ve been at this laundry mat with no issues in the past and for some reason today the “owner” says he was owner gave me a hard time. I asked for toonies as I dragged my bags in. He said he didn’t have toonies and I said ok well change for two loads. He started telling me for what? Go put your laundry in and come back and get change. I said why can’t I just get my change I come here all the times. You know what machines take and what it uses. He still gave me a hard time arguing and I said well why can’t you just give me the change for the machine and he was saying no you can go. I said what? Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and this is how you treat us? I said fine I won’t come here anymore and will go to other laundry mat from now on. What a jerk and for what? There was no professionalism on his part.

The previous owner was friendly and helpful however the place was taken over by this moody, greedy and unprofessional guy. I left to do other errands while my laundry was in the machines. I was back within maybe 20 minutes of the machines finishing and he had taken my stuff out. I asked him where my stuff went and he said he put it in the garbage. We argued a bit and he told me I couldn’t leave if I had stuff in the machines. He eventually went and found a bag that had my stuff in it. He told me not to come back. Ok, I won’t. except maybe with my dirtiest laundry that I won’t put in my own machine.
