When we moved to Port Huron a year ago, he came and did our entire house and charged an extremely reasonable rate. Since then, we have only used him-and on several occasions, we have called him for emergencies (spilled hot chocolate, dog barf, wine spills) and he is almost always there within a couple of hours and does an amazing job. I would never use anyone else. Reliable, great prices, timely, nice guy, and has never met a stain he couldn't beat. And, its nice to support a local business owner that is good at his job!

He was able to clean my carpets the same day I called to inquire! Was very professional and explained everything he was using and the purpose of it. Used this unique tool to deep clean and pick up pet hair before he even steamed it! That tool picked the pile back up better then any other cleaner I've had do my carpet. I've found our new go to company!! Update: 12-2-19 He came by and cleaned my carpets again. He said he got a new type of soap. I LOVE the way my carpets feel! They feel conditioned and never had that weird crunchy residue that I have gotten from so many other services.

Rob was professional and efficient in cleaning out the water. Left a special carpet fan for several days and returned to finish with a complete clean. When you call in a late evening panic with a “carpet emergency” and a soothing voice calms you right down..... You gotta love small business. My late evening “carpet emergency” (which involved my unpredictable, aging puppy dog)....was solved by early the next morning. Squeezing us in because they knew we were in a bit of a desperation situation and of course because they wanted to help. They arrived early. Remedied our mess like it never happened and were very time efficient. Professional. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. A 5 star I wish I could of made a 6!

If I could give Ron (the owner) 10 stars I would!!! He personally comes out and cleans your carpets etc... He cleaned my couch, my recliner and my carpet with excellent results. We had a spot that was hidden under a chair “reappear” after he cleaned the carpet. Ron came back out TWICE and worked on the spot with success!! Who does that anymore??!!! I would highly recommend Taylor by choice carpet cleaning. I'm having a New Years Eve party at my house and at the last minute I decided I wanted to get the carpet in my basement cleaned. I googled carpet cleaning services in my area and their number was the first to pop up. With the hopes of getting someone out before New Years eve I gave them a call. Not only did they answer my call even though it was after hours they even came out and cleaned my carpet the next day. The owner was so nice and did more than I even expected. He had this wonderful tool that picked up all the pet hair that gets stuck in our carpet. My carpet looks wonderful and smells so clean. His prices are extreamy reasonable. I have a rather large finished basement so I expected to pay more than what he charges. Thank you so much for making my New Years even better. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Back on September 12, 2018 I was getting my house ready for a surprise party for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I noticed the carpets were pretty dirty and decided to have them cleaned. Upon contacting Taylor by Choice Carpet Cleaning they were able to schedule me in right away and were way better priced then the other competition in the area. When the gentleman came to clean he was professional and very friendly. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and was very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
