Unfortunately it seems that I have to leave a review to get any type of response from this company. Nobody answers the phone or replies to the emails sent through your “Contact Us” section. Please refund my purchase. I understand back orders happen but the lack of communication is concerning and the safety glasses are something we need to get our hands on sooner rather than later. Edit December 16, 2021 - My refund was issued without any push back. Thanks

Ordered boots off their website that showed in stock. Tracking showed they didn't ship after a week so contacted via email. No response from company so tried again. After 2 weeks of not shipping and no response to emails I ended up contacting PayPal for a refund.

This "store" is a joke. Korie (the owner) just accepts orders without having the stock on hand, without telling customers and then ignores all emails, phone calls or attempts on social media to at least touch base. Do not order from this guy, if you can't find what you're looking for anywhere else, you won't find it here despite what his website says. I'm just thankful the transaction was through Paypal who force vendor's hands to refund. EDIT: Show the timestamps of all of the times I tried getting in touch with you. Also don't blame the supply chain, you advertised you had them in stock. I literally had to make a claim for you to finally do something. Loser, let's hope you're the next small business to close.

Refinery workwear had very slow customer service. I had initially rated them as a 1 star for not refunding unused clothing I had shipped back, and I am now upgrading that to a 2 star as they have finally refunded my money. Original review below: I received 3 FR clothing items in mid October Tried them on, they didn't fit. Oct 21: Requested an RMA so I could ship the items back. Nov 5: Emailed again to follow up. Korie replied on Nov 5 asking for more details, still no RMA issued. Nov 10: I emailed confirming I wanted a refund and answering Korie's questions. Korie emailed back with an RMA number and a return address. Nov 10: I shipped the items, at my own expense, back to Korie via Canada Post. Nov 22: the items were delivered to Korie. Dec 7: have not yet received refund, so emailed Korie requesting a refund and receipt. Dec 15: still no response. Called and left a voicemail requesting a refund and receipt. If this is not dealt with soon I will involve my bank. If Korie chooses to issue my refund I can adjust my review.

Do not order! Terrible customer service. Have called and left voicemails and sent emails without a response to either. Ordered 3 things and the first two arrived in 10 days, the third has still not shipped and no tentative date 3 weeks later.
