We needed a house cleaned for pre-sale. It was totally empty, needed walls washed, fixtures cleaned etc...the usual sprucing up prior to selling. When I called to inquire the Owner confirmed his company could do the jobs I needed. A guy and a girl showed up 20 minutes late. Told them what we needed and it was agreed, and we left. Came back an 90 minutes later to check progress: 1 hallway wall washed and 3 cupboard drawers wiped. The guy is standing in the driveway drinking a coffee! The house is a small bungalow.....main floor dwelling! DO NOT HIRE ! it would have taken these 2 ALL day to do what was required at the speed they were going. In my opinion it was a total rip-off. We didn't pay, and ordered them off the property.

Paid 300$ for a cleaning. After job was “complete” I found floors dirty, leaves In the basement, fridge dirty, cupboards dirty, mirrors dirty and dust bunny’s everywhere. Company owner wanted paid immediately after job and before I could get home to inspect the “cleaning”. Called to complain and the owner would not refund any money and didn’t offer to do the job right! I highly recommended not using this company!! They stole 300$ from me!! DO NOT USE JAMES PROPERTY SOLUTIONS!!
