Got the $35 wash, Armor-All and wax included, outside was fine, but they didn’t even put the Armor-All on my tires, barely vacuumed, and didn’t wipe down a thing. I had friends and family recommend this place for a while and I finally decided to try it out, will not be back.

I won’t be coming back. I went through a couple of times b/c of recommendations from a few people and my car wasn’t even cleaned properly. Missed spots when vacuuming and wiping down the dash. I’d understand if my car was in a bad state to begin with but I do keep it fairly clean so I’m really disappointed with my experience.

Their service was not good. They didnt even vaccum under the seats. Used same towel for frames and windows. I washed it again. I am not going there again.

Dont try elsewhere.. these guys are the best in Sarnia. If you are not satisfied with the job they did, they will put your car through again and make it right. Local guys. Very personable. The owners are always on site and very hands on. These guys are professional.

Had a horrible experience here today. The driver drove my standard 5 speed car out of the wash with my e-brake on and snapped the cable. I heard the cable snap from where I was standing. When I got in the car, the e-brake had no tension on it whatsoever. I tried to talk to the manager and got no where. I have been to this car wash many times, but will never go back. Very disappointed how this situation was handled. No remorse for property damage.

Just went and got an interior and exterior wash immediately had to go cyclone touch free car wash on Ontario Street to use their vacuum and give a wipe down, out of All the guys that worked on my car only one of them did an excellent job,I would recommend exterior wash but not the interior
