Had black river steam restoration come clean my carpets, had a lot of stains from pets when they were being house trained and Joe got all the stains removed! He didn’t rush the job, took his time and did each room 1 by 1 till he was satisfied! Super friendly and professional! Very highly recommend.

Yesterday Joe took on the cleaning of my girlfriends recently purchased used vehicle. I personally witnessed the extreme amount of filth that he was able to extract from the seats and carpets; it was horrendous. He also tried to publicly shame me on his Facebook when I decided not to give him time of day. Very unprofessional, juvenile behavior for a businessman. I wouldn’t trust such a person. I’ve had Black River Steam Restoration clean my carpets and do an emergency water extraction when my basement flooded. Carpets had more than 10years of wear and tear and also spill stains. Joe is an absolute magician when it comes to cleaning carpet. My carpet turned out amazing. When my basement flooded I called Black River Steam at 6:30am Joe not only answered that early he came right out to my house.

Joe cleaned our carpet/stairs on Saturday. Even though, visibly, they weren't that dirty, he took his time and worked until late afternoon. He responded to my messages in a very timely manner and let me know when he was on his way. And the carpets look wonderful! I love supporting local companies. Will use him again next year!

When i first moved in to my place a few years ago moved into a place that from previous owners was in disgusting condition. The carpets throughout the house were black and smelled of animal urine. I contacted joe he came over and spent the afternoon here. I wish i took pics cause he mad the carpet look bramd new again. I also discovered my carpet was a cream color with a diamond design. On top of this joe was friendly and honest and had the best rates i have ever seen. Most places i called wanted around $350\400 joe did it for $200 and with the time i would have personally taken to clean it cause of standard issue carpet cleaners it would have taken days. Joe has amazing equipment and did it in a afternoon. I can not express how great this experiance was. 20\10 100% recommended this company.
