To some high end boutiques .I love shopping here when I go to tbay snd it's always a treasure hunt looking threw new and same products .it's a large sized store and so make sure you have an hour or so to look threw all the aisle I no everyone loves a good bargain

I live fairly close to this Dollarama, and go there almost every weekend for snacks, etc. Long story short, I got accused for stealing, yet I never stepped foot in the store for more then a week (visiting my girlfriend on reading week out of town). This store has alot of neat and cheap stuff for sale, but I find the aisles way too narrow and small, I'm a big guy (tall 6'7", not a big stomach, lol) and if I come up to someone (or more than one person) it's easier I find to just turn around an d go back out the way I came instead of trying to get around them. Also I find alot of times they will only have 1 person working the cash and the line ups build up incredibly quickly. Now they will call in extra cashiers when they notice sometimes, but sometimes they dont notice, or they call someone that's on their break or that just doesnt come...so for me the line up is definitely the worst part of this place.

I have shopped in your store in Grandfalls NL a least once a week and every time there is a line up with only two ladies on the cash, waiting in a line up for 20 minutes is ridiculous, the last time I was there the line up was right out to the beginning of the line, and at that time there was 3 ladies than two mins later one lady says I'm going on break, and she just left and no one else took her place. What poor customer service, she didn't care about the customers in the line up. When I finally got to the cash the store had no bags so I had to buy a recyclable bag. Wow I told my daughter that I will never shop there again. So many people talking about how there is never enough people on the cash registers but yet you have 6 or 7 register. Unacceptable.

I was in Gander Dollarama last week ,had my cart full went to the check out ,I did see the self check outs ,but refused to use them it was nuts there . I asked to be checked out at the regular checkout but was refused and told self service only .so I left my cart full and walked out .I can't believe the staff don't realize ,that they are going to cut jobs because of this ,it happens everywhere .

Visited this place a week ago. Didn't know they close at 6pm. Yes 6pm. I went there at 5 to 6 thinking they were open till 7pm. They use to be open till 7pm during pandemic. Alla sudden, I hear over the intercom. "IT'S NOW 6 O'CLOCK! STORE IS CLOSED!" I'm like thinking holy!! Why they even let me in. Needless to say, they didn't sell me what I had in my basket.

Absolutely hate the check out section!! Always long lines, never enough cashes open, and its set up.like a cow corral, and you cant get out of the line if you wish to leave. I avoid this store now for the ridiculous check out lines.

Dollarama is great in Grand Falls Windsor and the staff does a great job. The automated checkouts are the worse though. They are difficult to use.
