This is an ok place. The BEST TWO LAUNDROMATS ARE: Backdoor Laundromat (my personal FAVORITE!!!) Onthe west side of st. Thomas OR: Coin Laundry Laundromat on the south east side of town. Ross Street Laundromat is a TWO OUT OF TEN on my list!!!

don't come here very often and wont be again. tried to clean bedding. didnt wash it also most was still dry apparently the washer moved while I was gone. so the worker knew I put too much stuff in there but doesnt tell me. never again. 8$ for a LOAD. no thanks. Dryers are amazing though

Once again amazing, I bought a cheese pizza with shredded pepperoni and Pickel Spears, for my sister and I it wasn't heard to convince my sister that pizza 21 was the best. The young lady that served me today was friendly and polite.

Went at 7.50 pm and was yelled at as I was getting out of my vehicle and told I couldn't do laundry as they were closing at 9 ( yes 9) and she shut the door. I tried to go in and explain that I was only washing and not drying , to see if I could please go in and the door was Locked ( before 8 pm) It was over an hour till posted closing time. Maybe they should adjust their hours on the net, as I went there specifically as it said they were open till 9pm. Needless to say that I drove to Aylmer for a fantastic experience.

Had to use the laundry mat while waiting for my for washing machine to be delivered and was glad I went with Ross st. Coin laundry. This place is clean and the staff are super friendly. Extra perk it has a store on location and a pizza place next door. Can get busy for parking as it's a small lot. I would recommend this place.

I was visiting friends in town and had a load of laundry and was told to visit this location. I didn’t have time to wait to my own washing/drying so was super happy to find I could drop off and pick up later. Was quick to do the drop off process. Bonus I got to pick up pizza next door afterward.

These folks are near angels. Always clean, always friendly. Plus they have a store and a pizza place that makes amazing tacos next door. 3 tacos less than 8 bucks while you do 4 loads of laundry for about the same amount. You cant go wrong.
